Extremely dissapointing. Payed for the premier subscription earlier to use Suno Studio without any issues. Now it doesn't generate 1 second of audio, the platform simply isn't working. Customer service is really weird, either they reply in 5 minutes and are understanding, but nothing happens with a refund. Or most of the time they just ghost you...It's pretty crazy. Will contact my bank to get a refund.

I subscribed to Suno hoping to create traditional Christian hymns, but the model keeps adding rock drums, electric guitars, and pop-style arrangements even when I explicitly instruct it not to. My prompts clearly specify: no drums, no electric guitar, piano and violin only, solemn hymn style, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Please give users much stronger control over instrumentation and musical style. If I ask for a traditional church hymn, I should not receive a rock or pop song.

Absolute rubbish, if I could give minus stars I would as it’s not even worth 1 star, I produce music at a professional level, at first I found suno to be a good tool to create my demos of lyrics I wrote, however the rot crept in, I use other AI tool which are far better giving better results. First issue the amount of generations that finish around 1 minute is ridiculous, then even worse the runaway bug in Suno that creates a loop of your song and processes it to the max length of 7.59min both these faults render your track useless, next a huge amount of tracks finish far louder than the start, levels are all over the place, then there’s sound quality again lots of tracks start nice quality then by mid way the sound is shocking, next problem extending a track, this is hit and miss at best, the joins can be awful and clearly obvious which again ruins your track, next is the vocal gender change mid song, several times I have had a female vocal that over about 2 lines has slowly merged from a female to male vocal or vice versa, I have had key issues, bears running out of line, distortion issues, vocal being far too loud, poor track quality, I have even input my written lyrics and Suno feels the need to change parts of the lyrics or exclude parts of them, I’m clued up with Ai production so have full knowledge of using prompts and direct Ai instruction which works beautifully with other Ai software, at the very best Suno is a poor quality glitchy toy, an amateur in this field, All this wastes credits you have paid for and suno’s customer support is absolutely ridiculous, they know of these glitches but when you lose lots of credit to these bad generations they don’t care, they don’t refund credits and they don’t even offer any form of reimbursement, Seriously unless you want to throw money I would avoid suno at all costs. Very amateur product and definitely very amateur customer care, once they have your money they don’t want to help, plus any contact takes weeks to get a reply which will inevitably be a refusal to help you, hopefully they will contact me to talk about the huge amount of credits I have lost due to their buggy glitchy bad song generations but I won’t hold my breath.

Though the platform itself provides decent quality their customer service is non-existent. They initially responded to an inquiry... and then spent two weeks ghosting us. Unacceptable.

Back in early June, I gave this app 1 star. I decided to give it another chance. I resubscribed and upgraded to the premier level. Things went from bad to even worse! I tried using the new "advanced split." It is terrible! I get error messages on 90% of the stems I try to extract. The stems that I'm able to download are glitchy at best. I'm so disappointed with this app. It cost me 30 dollars to decide that it is worthless to me. Suno, get your act together!

I was a paying Pro subscriber and upgraded to Premier on 18 June 2026. The payment was successfully debited from my SBI account via PhonePe (UPI) and I have the official Suno receipt confirming the charge. Instead of being upgraded, my account was demoted to the Free tier — so I paid for Premier, lost the Pro access I already had, and received nothing. I have emailed support daily for over 5 days and received no human response, only automated replies. I have the receipt, transaction ID, and account screenshots documenting all of this. I simply want one of two things: my account restored to the Premier tier I paid for, or a full refund. If this is not resolved I will be filing a formal UPI payment dispute and a consumer complaint. Posting here because private support channels have produced nothing.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this site. They withdraw money unjustly, offer some of the worst customer support I’ve experienced, and their registration system is low quality. Most of the features they claim to provide, including voice clone, simply don’t work.
