SunoReviews of suno.com

Only money that is what they wanne have NO support even when u have paid plan!! really rubbish site and the AI is really NOT good 500 crediets gone!!! NO iam never going to spend any more here!! RUBBISH!!!!!

I was trying to regenerate a lyrics but the damn AI never letting me I HATE AI they should do what they told not to being so rogue

Seit 2 Monaten immer wieder in Kontakt, ohne dass was geschieht.

Tried it out, didn’t like any of it, tried to cancel. They make it impossible for you to find it. Finally found it, so they blocked the actual button so I still could not cancel. Next I’m getting the bill for next month. Now payed for something I did not want, and absolutely don’t like. Very nasty stuff here. I still paid the last bill, and finally it says my plan will be cancelled. It’s still not clear if it will be actually canceled. I will never like this company, not how you treat people like this. A cancel is a cancel, and not another month of payment if the month did not even start. Thanks suno!!!

Suno refuse to respond to my emails for over billing they are fast to ask for payments with constant emails and communicate with you for payment but are shit when they owe you money. You said the support team would contact me back to see where those payments are going but you're still trying to overcharge me I will be contacting my bank to claw the money back.

I love Suno and I truly believe it is one of the best AI music platforms available. That's exactly why this situation is so disappointing. I paid for a Pro subscription through Google Play over a month ago, but I never received the Pro features on my main account. During this time I contacted support multiple times, provided receipts, screenshots and every piece of evidence they requested. I also identified what appears to be the cause of the issue and shared all the information with the support team. Unfortunately, I have now stopped receiving any replies. My biggest concern has never been the subscription fee, but protecting the music library I have built after creating more than 1,000 songs. I sincerely hope someone from the Suno team reviews my case and helps resolve it. I still believe in the platform and would simply like to receive the service I paid for.
