⚠️ Please read, it will help you not loose money. My first subscription last month was ok until the last remaining week, they started to say i must resubscribe 7 days before it expire and started to cut some features out, uploading covers was cut out, remastering was cut out, i emailed suno support team and they say, ok we will help you. After that, i received an email saying i must log out and re-login, i said ok, but after i did that, the app said it would send me an sms verification code, maaan i waited for that code, tried to email support for help but couldn't solve my issue, so i tought ok i'll reopen a new account. I open a new one but the app said I'm already subscribed and cannot resubscribe 🤔. So since i could not do anything else and suno did nothing to help, i tought ok I'll wait and pay on the next month. When my sub was due, suno kept sending messages that i had to renew, ok i went to my new account since i could not access my old one and suno was aware, i paid to renew in my new account, and you know what? the payment went to my old account that i couldn't access. 😮‍💨 . Its been a week today, i tried again and again emailing suno support for help but it's like a scam, not wanting to help and no helpful replies. So please don't make the same mistake i made, there is 3 other app that can and are operating better than suno out there and I'm gonna go there rather than this suno scam, i lost money on suno. Research and choose another app than suno.

When I explicitly requested human assistance, the bot told me to contact the exact same support email address I was already using!** This is beyond frustrating. It is an absurd customer support experience. I specifically requested a human escalation, a ticket reference, and confirmation that an actual person would review my case. Four days later, I still have no meaningful response and no confirmation of human involvement. **Suno's customer support feels like a never-ending conversation with machines programmed to repeat themselves rather than solve problems.** Customers should not have to argue endlessly with AI bots just to reach a real person. Artificial intelligence can be a useful tool, but replacing meaningful customer service with repetitive, unhelpful automated messages is unacceptable. Suno may have impressive music-generation technology, but its customer support experience is deeply disappointing. **My warning to other creators: If you encounter a serious problem with Suno, be prepared to receive endless, irritating bot responses instead of meaningful human assistance.** Until Suno provides accessible human support, genuine accountability, and a functional escalation process, I cannot recommend this service. **ONE STAR. Suno confirmed in June 2026 that I have an active Pro subscription (I sent them payment receipts), but they could never locate my account and I have never been able to log in. Months of "we're looking into it" while the charges kept coming. On October 7, 2026 I told them to cancel the subscription from their charge records and refund me, with written confirmation. No reply at all. I'm now disputing the charges with my bank. Do not pay for a service you can't access — and keep every receipt.

At first, Suno was great, but then they started imposing restrictions and download limits... I’m a member, but I’m going to look for another platform because they’ve started getting carried away with ridiculous limits; I used to recommend this platform, but now I don't! Plus, there’s the nonsense where they don't even respect the style we choose—we pick a specific style, and they give us whatever genre *they* want... we select hip-hop, and they play Latin music! That’s a lousy move on their part, big DIS'LIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I write my own songs and create them in Suno on my own account. Now when I upload a new version of one of my songs to rework it, Suno blocks it and tells me to "contact the rights holder". I AM the rights holder - I wrote these songs and made them in Suno. They have never been released anywhere. To test how Suno checks rights, I gave another one of my songs, also created by me in Suno, to my nephew. He uploaded it from his account and Suno accepted it with no problem. So the filter blocks the real author and lets someone else upload the author's song without any check. I have written to Suno support by email several times. No answer at all. Suno, please fix your filter and answer your users.

Ein absolut fehlerhaftes, asoziales System, das einen willkürlich sperrt, blockiert und eiskalt aus dem eigenen Account aussperrt. Der Login über das Microsoft-Konto ist eine einzige Katastrophe und bricht ständig ab, sodass man keinen Zugriff mehr auf seine eigenen, bereits bezahlten Dateien und Credits hat. Das ist bewusste, programmierte Frustrationstreiberei, um den Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen! Und das Schlimmste: Es gibt absolut keinen Support! Keine Telefonnummer, kein deutscher Ansprechpartner, gar nichts. Wenn man Probleme hat, steht man vor einer digitalen Wand. Kundenservice wird hier komplett gegen Null gefahren. Diese Firma sitzt feige in den USA und scheißt komplett auf ihre Nutzer, Hauptsache das Geld fliegt rein. Eine absolute Schande und zutiefst rechtswidriges Verhalten gegenüber zahlenden Kunden. Wer hier ein Abo abschließt, ist sein Geld sofort los und wird am Ende nur verarscht. Minus 10 Sterne, wenn es gehen würde!
