Only wanted a month trial, end up buying 1 year subs.. it's not made clear what you signing up to. Asked for refund but nothing wasted 75 pounds

Seit Warner Bros. direkten Einfluss auf Suno hat, ist die Qualität der generierten Musik nachweislich schlechter geworden. Wörter werden verschluckt, der Sound ist oft minderwertig, und die KI erfindet Textzeilen, die nie eingegeben wurden. Das ist kein subjektiver Eindruck, sondern reproduzierbare Realität. Diese Entwicklung steht im direkten Zusammenhang mit den Klagen großer Rechteverwerter wie Warner Bros., Sony und der GEMA. Die GEMA selbst hat bereits durchgesetzt, dass KI-Systeme wie Suno nicht mehr mit echter, menschengemachter Musik trainiert werden dürfen. Damit ist klar, wohin die Reise geht: Qualität runter, kreative Freiheit eingeschränkt, Kontrolle rauf. Parallel dazu verlieren Nutzer die Rechte an ihren eigenen Werken und behalten lediglich Nutzungsrechte. Wer Texte schreibt, Songs generiert und Zeit investiert, besitzt am Ende nicht einmal mehr sein eigenes Lied. Das ist kein Versehen, sondern Teil des Systems. Offensichtlich soll verhindert werden, dass unabhängige Nutzer mit KI-gestützter Musik Geld verdienen – Geld, das der etablierten Musikindustrie entgehen würde. Statt Innovation zuzulassen, wird sie gezielt entschärft. Suno war einmal ein kreatives Werkzeug. Seit dem Einstieg und Einfluss der großen Konzerne ist es das nicht mehr. Schlechtere Ergebnisse, eingeschränkte Rechte, klare industriegetriebene Entwicklung. Für mich ist dieses Kapitel beendet.

Do NOT but a yearly subscription!!!! Suno took my money for a yearly subscription, still takes out a monthly payment and doesn’t show that I have a years subscription despite doing it through the Apple Store. I’ve emailed support 5 times and they refuse to reply. So I am leaving these reviews as promised.

Be very careful with Suno’s subscription auto-renewal. My plan was renewed automatically without a clear warning, and I was charged $288, which was significantly higher than the price shown on their website at the time. I did not intend to renew and would have downgraded or canceled if I had known. I contacted Suno’s billing team immediately and followed up with two reminders. Nearly three weeks later, I have received no response and no action. The complete lack of communication regarding a billing dispute is unacceptable. Transparency about auto-renewal and responsive support are essential for paid services, and my experience had neither. I strongly advise others to check their auto-renewal settings carefully and not rely on customer support to resolve billing issues.

I purchased the annual Pro plan on Suno during the Black Friday promotion, but my account was never upgraded to Pro. I have sent more than 10 emails and messages through Messenger, and I have been completely ignored. There has been total silence from their side, with no explanation or support at all. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, were you able to get any help or a refund?

To be honest, I love Suno... However if something isn't working as it should, you can expect more than 14 days of waiting to get a response from their customer support. This is quite unacceptable for a service this popular. They dont even have an AI chatbot which perhaps could help with some of the problems, and direct more demanding things to the human support.

una completa basura buen audio si pagas las versiones pero siempre igual de 400 canciones solo 1 dice bien lo que escribes, y lo hacen a proposito para que gastes mas dinero con mas creditos estafa total y debe ser investigada estoy harto, increible que hayan mejorado tanto y todavia sigue el mismo error (que no es error es estafa) de hecho antes se llamaba suno.ai y como tiene tantas reviews malas en trustpilot se cambiaron el nombre a suno.com si, solo por las reseñas imaginate lo estafadores y mentirosos que son que falla hasta con palabras basicas que tienen accento, eres retrasado? he puesto el accento y aun asi lo dices sin accento? ni una cancion bien ni una siempre igual con los fallitos de mda estafa ejemplos de una misma cancion hace 2 cada vez que le das clic, primera cancion en lugar de sofía con accento dice sofia sofia sin sentido, en la segunda de la misma tirada nada mas empezar la primera frase ya en lugar de comprar dice comprá y la r que? pues asi haces 500 tiradas y todas igual cuando no es una cosa es otra, ademas tienen una opcion para reportar la cancion y pones -bug- falló en la lyrica, si.. y que? y aun asi haces 500 mas y 500 lo mismo estamos tontos? pago por un servicio y un servicio de calidad no una estafa, que al reportar a parte de que no hacen ni sirve para nada te ponen reportar como bug, como bug no, reportar como ESTAFA como que bug?
