I had reached out to Sunny Health because I needed to order a part for my Obsidian Rowing Machine. I first reached out by email and Jerrie assisted me. Jerrie even sent me videos to help me untangle the pull trap which was awesome. While I was driving I called and I was connected to Jay. Jay helped me with the part that I was needing and was very helpful. I felt very comfortable and I was glad that Sunny Health & Fitness had very professional and knowledgeable staff. I totally recommend their equipment and if you need help you can feel comfortable in reaching out their team members for help.
