This company sets the standard with support staff who really are helpful, kind and encouraging. GREAT company with products that don't break down ... and all with the whole point being that you can work your ASSets off to burn calories and tighten up your muscles!

We enjoy using the Sunny Exercise Bike everyday. One of the sensor wires broke from the plug. We looked at our booklet that listed all the parts. We called and spoke with Amber who was eager to help us. She stayed in contact with us, advised every step with an email. We are now awaiting the parts we needed. We are very happy with Amber’s assistance.

Tech support was excellent--Carlos specifically was the one who assisted me. He was courteous and helped me pinpoint the issue I was having with my treadmill T4400 which is a great machine for the price.

I purchased the SF-B1805 awhile back & it's still going strong! I love how easy it was to put the bike together with the instruction manual and labeled hardware package. I recently added the Cadence Sensor from Sunny. Absolutely in love with my 2nd purchase!

This company has excellent customer service. They respond very quickly (in less than 24h) and are amazingly helpful. I am very impressed with them, especially with Carlos from their technical team.

I needed help assembling the tension cable of my magnetic elliptical bike that I had just received. Called the help number on the instruction manual. Spoke with a very helpful assistant named Kitty. She reviewed the video that was available and that was not the one I needed. She then looked up alternate assembly instructions and sent me a video that worked. Viewed it and had it assembled in less than five minutes and could continue with the rest of the assembly of the elliptical bike. Was very happy with the customer service.
