I own a treadmill purchased through Amazon. After 2yrs of daily use, suddenly it stopped working. Reached the customer support. They Immediately responded to my email and solved the issue. Great customer service.

Purchased a spin bike from Sunny. It's well built and works well. The handlebars were damaged during shipment so I reached out to get a replacement. I was told a warranty claim would be processed and I'd receive a replacement part. I was still able to use the bike in the mean time so I was fine with that. About 10 weeks passed and I'd not received the replacement part so I reached back out. Customer Service gave me the option of a $50 to wait or return the bike. I chose to wait and about 2 months later I was shipped the replacement part. Customer Service while slow, was very responsive and gave good options. It was fine with me if they were slow since I could still use the bike in the interim. I'd buy from them again.

Wonderful customer support. My treadmill motor started making a loud grinding noise 8 days before the 6 month warranty expired. Sent an email to Sunny. Stephen responded that same day, asking me to send a short vid to verify my problem. Next morning, he replied, and said a new motor was being sent to me! It arrived 3 days later. Excellent company!!!

Amazing experience with Sunny Health and Fitness! I recently purchased a stationary bike and a piece on the bike had broken within 4 months. Called Sunny Fitness for a part I needed for my exercise bike. Jeri assisted me and was very professional in correctly identifying the part requested to insure it was indeed the part needed. She was very thorough and helpful. Will ask for her again if need something from Sunny Fitness. Chris B
