Contact CS for a basic question. CS tells me to send proof of purchase and bike serial nmbr. It has no serial nmbr. I wish I would have purchased elsewhere. Their assembly instructns are not complete. If you have not built one before this can cause severe damage. Can cause damage that may not be noticeable immediately. Those who do talk there try to blame problem on it being Chinese made. They are not nice or helpful people. Also beware of spiders coming out of box. Their CS answering system is only a run around of wasting time.

My Husband bought an Elliptical bike back first of March. After me putting most of it together except for last pedal the parts would not fit. I emailed them immediately and told the parts were defective and bolt would not thread into pedal. I rec'd a reply of a video showing me how to tighten a bolt, I was highly insulted!! I know how to tighten bolts. I probably have sent 15 different emails to them. They asked me to prove receipts that I bought it , wanted pictures of the parts, wanted serial and model numbers, everything except the name of my first born son. Finally, they said they were sending the parts on April 7th. I've still not received those parts. I told them I had this set up in my front foyer and wanted to get it moved as quickly as possible pending receiving the correct parts. This place is ridiculous. Not a good way to run a business. In particular, Josh in their service department is a jerk!!

Purchased a defective elliptical bike. No customer service by phone. Want to get refund but no response. May throw out in dumpster.

This is a follow-up to my December review. They finally contacted me in mid January, 2 full months after I sent a video/audio highlighting the bike issue. They said they would be sending out replacement parts within 1-4 weeks, and would notify me when the parts shipped. It is now early April...nothing. How does a company that has absolutely NO customer service stay in business??? I guess they must sell enough to unsuspecting people (like me). Like lambs to the slaughter.

Bought an elliptical from them. after 1 month it did not work. tried to contact them, no real answers, just the generic "your mail has been received and will take up to 2 weeks to respond." They only answered when I involved paypal, but I made the mistake of not elevating the claim through PP and when teh time to do it expired, they stopped answering at all. So, my advice is avoid making business with them, if you did, had a problem and used Paypal to pay them, just get your money back through Paypal's warranty because you won't get them any other way.

My treadmill stopped working approx one month after I purchased it. I have been trying to work with sunny fitness for close to 4 months now. Their customer service is terrible. The length of time it takes to get a response is ridiculous. DO NOT purchase from them!!!
