I'm 5 feet tall, 65 and female but put my step trainer together easily and quickly by myself! I broke both my ankles and one fibular a year ago and needed a smooth exerciser to strengthen my ankles and for cardio exercise. The stepper is just the thing and shows all the details you need throughout your workout. I highly recommend this exerciser

I had a stripped pedal and crank. Sunny customer support was fantastic. Got me the parts and the correct videos to assist me installing the new crank, and trust me it’s not easy! But they were great Adrien and Dalia especially thank you!

Carlos, great help in assisting me with recumbent bike issue and seller on Amazon. I’m still perplexed that the model I received was actually a different model than was ordered once the casing was removed. Can’t get belt back on but I can “free-style peddle” with zero tension. Bummer but Carlos tried his best to help and was very pleasant.
