I purchased full motion rowing machine SF-RW5639 on the 4th June 2021. In early February 2022 both joints ( no 7 in manual) failed, sheared off. I contacted the company and as requested I forwarded photos to the defective parts. They finally replied saying product was purchased outside of the USA, so they would do nothing to remedy my problem. I asked for just replacement parts. They gave me no indication of where I could get them, except to contact Amazon UK where I made the purchase. They made no effort to resolve the issue. I have seen the same issue in other negative reviews, with the same actual problem with this machine. Any item you buy should have a warranty of at least 12 months not 180 days. And if it is sold on the market in Europe parts should be available in Europe. I found the product defective, and the company equally defective in their attitude to their customers. I would warn everyone in Europe anyway, to avoid buying any of their products. Jim Walshe

I very rarely write reviews but I beg people not to buy from this business. I bought a recumbent bike from them and once built it looked great until I tried to adjust the tension knob, which just didn’t turn and was faulty. When I contacted them about trying to replace the part they were very responsive until they realised I was in the UK, apparently they cannot ship spare parts out of the US, obviously untrue, I’ve now been left with a useless bit of metal and a couple of hundred pound out of pocket. Looking back, the purchase was a mistake as I have since found other reviews highlighting the same issue, oh well, we live and learn. Off to the tip I go to bin this piece of crap. Hopefully next time I will find a honest, reliable and quality focused business which can supply a functioning product. Please stay well clear of this company as I wouldn’t want anyone to get let down like I have been.

Well your company Sunny won the arbitration so I never got a product and after 6 months now I have to pay People please be aware if they don’t ship or your want a refund you’re screwed the took my money never got a product great job thanks

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a treadmill from Sunny. My wife got me a treadmill from sporting goods as a surprise. She didn't know I bought one to be shipped. Sunny has not delivered my treadmill yet. It was on its way. I called Sunny to cancel the order. Their policy is basically make you pay a bunch of return fees so you have no choice but to keep the treadmill (in a way). Because the return fees is half of the purchase. The person I spoke to was not rude. She however, did not try much to help. She basically said that's the policy and there's no way around it. Sunny could easily call the shipping company and tell them to retrack the order and bring it back when they pick up other stuff to deliver. I will be more than happy to pay for the restocking fee. There were no attempt to try and help. I said to her "so you're making the return policy this hard so the buyers has to keep the purchase." She say yeah. Crazy.

After looking at the dimensions, doing measurements of myself and the space, I decided to go ahead and order. Online companies have great return policies, so I thought. Bike doesn't fit me, the peddle throw is too long. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that in advance without trying the bike out before purchasing. The box was utterly destroyed when I got it, I was surprised there was no apparent damage to the unit. I had to hire help to get it in the house. Sunny, your return policy is from the era of brick and mortar stores and is completely unreasonable in this day and age of contactless shopping on line. I will be selling the bike on Facebook Marketplace, with full disclosure of Sunny's terrible customer service and antiquated return policy.

I think it is absolutely horrid how this company takes no initiative to make and keep customer satisfaction their priority. I purchased an elliptical from them and upon hiring a professional to put it together and to see actually the size of the unit was not to my expectations. I made several attempts to get the advice of customer service and told it was a large "gym sized" unit and it absolutely is not! I'm sorry I did not look at and know what dimensions that would entail, but again that was the reasoning for me calling them in the first place. I would assume if I called multiple times and as I made them aware of that each time of the call that they would of also pointed out the return policy at that time as most companies give you a 30 money back guarantee as long as it is returned. When asked how I go about doing that I was advised I'd receive an email and no other direction other than ma'am it will be included in the email. Also now I'm informed not only is the shipping on me but also I had to pay back a contractual fee they paid to LLC the shipper. And if they felt the unit to be damaged at any level not only do they receive the unit back your not entitled to ANY of your money back! Funny thing is I received it banged up and areas of the box ripped and damaged. However because I've been emailing them they did agree to waive the 15% restocking fee. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT! I hate that smaller companies like this feel they have to do this to customers instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand. I bought previously a few products that fit what I needed at that time last year from another big vendor of theirs but now instead of being somewhat considerate and concerned about their patrons they make us liable for everything including the possibility of returning the unit and them keeping the entire amount of money. Please rethink if your like me and your not able to just shell out a large amount of money for absolutely nothing! I can tell you after this I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER buy or recommend this company ever again!
