Your support team got into contact with me and stated there is nothing they can do to resolve my previous issue. I was not planning on adding additional reviews but considering I've waiting over a month and a half for my product just for it to be canceled last minute and your support team saying nothing but "Sorry" I think another one star review is justified. Not only does this company struggle to fulfill orders but their customer support staff is lackluster at best. Should you have an issue with their product you will get nothing better than an apology with no resolution what so ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is for the SF-E3919 Premium Cardio Climber. The belt has shredded. Item was purchased as a back-up unit so didn't get used at first. I started to use it after the 6 month warranty had expired. This unit didn't have ten hours on it. Customer support was excellent but the product, not so much. $20 for new belt. $18 for crank puller. $6 for shipping. Noticed on belt removal, damage to plastic belt wheel. I didn't price that. Time to throw in the towel and take my loss.

I bought a treadmill a little over 2 years ago and I was on it and it suddenly stopped. Then there was an awful burning smell so I called to get it fixed. I would have never have bought anything from them if I knew they didn’t send repair people out to fix the issue. They fix things by looking at pictures etc. and expect me to install repair parts. They say it’s the power switch but I’m not sure that’s the issue. The prongs the power cord go into seem loose. It’s very aggravating to keep going back and forth with emails. I’m not happy at all with this company. My treadmill was over $500 and should last a lot longer than 2 years. Will never buy from them again and will make sure I tell people not to either.

I will never, ever do business with this company again and I encourage everyone to think more than twice to have anything to do with them. If you have any problem with the item you will experience kind words that mask ridicule policies created I’m sure so the company does not have to actually help. Our under the desk pedal arrived with no screws to put it together. I got a big run around with them wanting the condition of the brand new item from Amazon! That is not included for brand new items!! Needless to say we have a worthless piece of equipment now. Then I learn to post a review they make you sign up to receive unwanted notifications from them.

Interested in buying recumbent bike. Emailed 3 times and Facebook Messaged twice - over 3 separate days - haven’t received one reply. Looks like the comments about poor customer service are right, sadly!

I purchased a recumbrent bike less than 3 years ago. It started to make a loud grinding noise when in use. I reached out to the company and sent videos of the noise it was making.Bottom line I got nowhere. I was told I had to pay for any parts because it's warranty expired. I feel although it was not an expensive bike, I should have gotten more than three years out of it. Was not happy that everything was done by email and could not speak to someone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I placed an order for a plush seat for my Sunny Fit bike from their website. As I had purchased my indoor bike from them, I had reward points available. I selected a $15 off reward. This showed in my cart as $15 off the total all the way through the transaction until I got to the confirmation screen after the last click. The confirmation did not show the discount and I was charged full price with the full amount showing on my credit card. I reached out to customer support immediately to ask for a partial refund or to have the order cancelled so I could try again. I did not receive a response until 4 days later when I was asked how the order was placed, through the app or the website. I responded website. Now, 5 more days after that, they replied that it didn't work because it was a replacement part and not an accessory. There was no indication of this during the whole checkout process and the discount only disappeared after I confirmed the order at the last step when I could no longer go back. The item is now showing as sold out. I can't even go back through the process to get a screenshot of the discount showing during checkout more. I feel their "rewards" are a scam. I'm staying far away from this company and advising others to stay away as well. You'll get better service from more reputable brands and even Chinese knock-off companies.
