These extensions are super affordable and very high quality. I’m very impressed. My stylist had to add some toner to blend into my hair and the extensions took the toner beautifully. 100% would recommend and will be repurchasing in the future.

I am a returning customer, and I have tried so many different hair extensions throughout 13 years of wearing them. The quality is actually shocking, they are soft and true to length. This is my first time ever using a topper after I chopped my hair, and it is so comfortable and natural looking. The only reason I decided to order again so quickly is to get a longer set because I trust that it’s worth the money now. The company is kind, easy to communicate with, and they even create their products by order.

Extremely poor quality and disappointing customer service
I ordered three packs of Sunny Hair extensions and had them professionally installed, but within just a few days, the hair began coming apart at the loop. Out of around 200 pieces, only 37 were even usable — the rest fell apart completely.
I reached out to the seller with photos and proof of installation. They eventually admitted fault for one pack and refunded that single order, but only after I spent over an hour arguing for a resolution. The other packs from the same defective batch were ignored, even though the issue was identical.
These extensions were a total waste of money — poor quality, poor construction, and disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Unfortunately I had to return my topper as it was the wrong color for me.
I would highly recommend customers to Sunny Hair, but advise you speak to a representative to get advice on true color choices as pictures don't always show true color!

Customer service is great
Ruby text me because I purchase extensions from them. I had ordered some hair and I never received it. She was asking if I owned a salan which I don’t but she looked into the order that I did not receive and told me it had been sent back to them. She will resend my order as soon as they receive the extension. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me. I love Sunny hair and it lasts for several months before needing new hair.
