Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustration you've faced with your return request. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t meet expectations, especially when you’ve taken care not to use it. While our return policy does include a 60-day window, I sincerely apologize if the hygiene-related restriction wasn’t clearly communicated. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. We strive to ensure our policies are transparent and fair, and I regret that this situation caused you inconvenience. I truly appreciate your patience and your feedback - it helps us understand how we can better support our customers in the future and improve our service experience. If you're open to it, we’d love the opportunity to review your case further. Please reach out to our customer care team with your order details so we can explore a resolution that feels right to you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
