Our Standard Return Policy & Hygiene Standards: To protect the safety and well-being of all our customers, we maintain strict hygiene standards. We cannot accept or resell hair products that show signs of use, as doing so would be irresponsible toward our community. Your Return Request & Inspection: When you initially submitted your return request, the photos you provided showed the product intact, so your return was approved. However, upon physical inspection at our facility, the returned product showed clear signs of use, which meant it no longer met our return criteria. Warehouse Locations & Shipping Costs: We operate warehouses in China, the United States, and Germany. Directing your return to our U.S. warehouse was intended to minimize transit time and help reduce your shipping costs, as well as align with our inventory management. Resolution: Because used hair cannot be refunded according to our return policy, we have repackaged your item and shipped it back to you at no additional charge. We take all customer concerns seriously and remain committed to transparency and maintaining high safety standards across all our products.
