I am excited to try these and will be purchasing the butterfly wefts. For now giving 5 stars based on content I’ve watched. I am hopeful I have a great experience with these but, will update if this changes.

I have tried contacting them on every platform, email, text, and tried calling them and no response. My extensions haven’t came in and i can’t get a response out.

If I could give Sunny extentions 500 stars, I would. I love the hair first of all but their customer service is above fantastic. They have worked with me for a couple weeks to get around an error both my phone and desktop were showing on their site where I could not place my order. They worked around where my order was place and I paid for it and it's on the way to me now. I can't say enough how they went above and beyond for me. The hair is fantastic and holds up great!! I have been using Sunny for about 2 years. I tried others prior but nothing compares to Sunny Extentions

I have purchased from Sunny hair three times. This third purchase is the best I’ve ever gotten. All of them were great. The color match was perfect. The hair is genuine so smooth and the product arrived in two days. I’ve never felt more confident or beautiful than I do with this set. They are so beautiful and they’ve adjusted the clips so that there are more and I’ve never had a more secure, comfortable, feeling side of extensions in my life and I’ve been wearing extensions for 13 years. I will never buy from another brand again.

So disappointed
So disappointed. Had my extensions for less then 3 months and the shedding was crazy. i emailed trying to find a resolution and they refuse to give me any money back and i spent $480. i’ve been emailing them back and force for over a month and still will not give me some type of compensation that is equivalent to what i payed for . i had to take my extensions out to show them and still the only resolution is 25 grams of hair. That is nothing for a weft exertions at all. $50 is what they offered me for the time being a month ago and refuse to give me any else back. spending $480 for no money back is insane.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to assure you that your concern was taken very seriously. Our quality assurance team thoroughly reviewed the photos and videos you provided. Upon detailed inspection, the media did not clearly show a manufacturing defect or issue with the hair extensions. Additionally, we traced and comprehensively tested the specific production batch your hair belonged to, and the batch met all of our strict quality and retention standards.
Because we could not verify a product defect, a refund for the full purchase price could not be issued. Extensions can experience shedding due to a variety of external factors, including installation methods, maintenance routines, or product usage.
Despite this, we wanted to support you, which is why we offered a $50 partial compensation and an additional 25 grams of hair. Because we found no fault with the product itself, these offers were extended purely as a gesture of goodwill to help offset your experience and show that we value you as a customer.
We apologize that we could not reach a resolution that felt satisfactory to you, and we wish you the very best moving forward.

I’ve had such an amazing experience with Sunny Hair so far! I’ve been researching extension brands for weeks trying to find the best quality for thick hair without spending an outrageous amount, and Sunny Hair has honestly stood out the most.
Their customer service has been incredible from the beginning. Grazel was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process of helping me get set up with a professional account using my esthetician license. Every question I had about grams, thickness, and what would work best for my hair was answered thoroughly and professionally.
I also really appreciated how knowledgeable they were about full glam installs for thick hair and how much guidance they provided regarding Genius Wefts and customization options.
The professional pricing and support have made the process so much less stressful, and I’m so excited for my upcoming install. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Sunny Hair to anyone looking for high-quality extensions and exceptional customer service!

Hair is decent quality
Hair is decent quality. Customer service though is excellent , very attentive, replies super quickly and are designing my own custom hair extensions for me. I couldn't be happier with the service from this company. 10/10 reccomend!
