Yes, this Sauna is the real deal! My Functional Medicine doctor recommended I start going to a infrared sauna once or twice a week for body "detoxification". There are many spas in the area that have the infrared sauna, each having a different brand. I asked a local personal trainer which one she recommended and she said she has tried them all and recommends the Sunlighten brand. I started going and after just a few visits I knew this was right for me. I ordered one for my home. Be prepared for a lot of packing material. Panes by themselves are not that heavy, but assembly will require two people. My advice, read through the directions first 🤔 So far every person with the company has been very helpful. Most recently Sydney Weaver, helped me once my spa was delivered. ***I am glad I ordered the Mpulse model for 1-2 people...it was worth the extra $500. I also have started using the Bamboo Carbon fiber towels. They are very absorbent.

This company has great 👍 customer service. Casey Arter helped me today. We ordered a new Android Control Panel for my mPulse Conquer Sauna today. He helped answer all my questions and followed up with an email..

After months of doing research on various infrared saunas, we decided to go with the Sunlighten Mpulse Believe model. Clint was our salesperson, and patient to answer many questions. After the order was placed, Sydney followed up with us on all the other little questions and delivery. Oh Darn, we did have a problem with delivery! The final carrier did not understand what "White Glove Delivery" meant! Sydney did get on the phone immediately with the carrier, but we failed in getting the driver to do more than unload it at the door. OK, our ages total 158 years, but we managed to unpack and assemble the unit by ourselves...may have taken us a little longer than normal......but, we did it! Have had no problems with the unit that thoroughly reading all the instructions and a little luck did not solve. We did watch every available You Tube and did read every blog on the miscellaneous issues that others had encountered. End result...we would do it all again. Unit works great. We have been enjoying our Sunlighten sauna for almost 5 years now. It has been a flawless and amazing experience. We recently were notified of the up-dated cables that were needed for our unit and that they were being sent out to us. We were in the middle of a move across the country and so I notified an individual at Sunlighten that the address had changed. Well... To make a long story short, the cables got shipped to the wrong address. The situation began to snowball and frustration creeped in. In any event, it all got taken care of after numerous calls to Sunlighten to get this straightened out. An amazing customer service person named Casey Arter made it all happen unlike the previous reps that we had talked to. He got us the correct cables, his follow-up was awesome and to be honest, he is the reason that we will continue to spread the good news about Sunlighten. A company is only as good as their employees and Casey Arter is a definite asset to Sunlighten and should be recognized as well. Thanks Casey for renewing our faith in Sunlighten. We love our sauna! Beware that once this company has your information they will call you and harass you non-stop to try and sell you their products. Their website is designed so that you have to "submit your info" to them in order to see their pricing - instead of just being transparent and listing their pricing online. In the last 60 days since submitting my info online, I have had sales reps call me OVER 30 TIMES. The other day, they called my 5 times in a row! It is absolutely unacceptable and reeks of desperation. If you are curious about their pricing I recommend not giving them your real contact info but rather - once you see their pricing and are interested you can reach out to them.

Although I have utilized saunas for years, this was my first time purchasing one. I was initially frustrated that we had an issue with the operation of the unit early on but through thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics Dimitri Schrader was able to assist us with the matter by expeditiously sending replacement parts. I am pleased with the unit and pleasantly surprised by how swiftly the situation was resolved and the level of professionalism I received. I anticipated a long dragged out process but not so! I would definitely purchase another and look into purchasing other accessories and merchandise from them. Thank you Dimitri!

It was super easy to assemble. Electrical hookup was straight forward. As far as function. It Rocks! Love the stereo, we play classical. It has helped me with my sleep patterns, deeper more refreshing. Realy helped release my shoulder muscle stress.

What a bunch of bs reviews ! I do believe that sunlighten is behind most of the good reviews. Dk, but something seems 'off' in most of them ..and after talking with one associate, I do know that she was trying to sidestep a couple issues ..one being the delivery time; she was talking about 11 weeks out and trying to get half down upfront ..Im thinking what the ? And warranty I wanted to get talking about and it seemed like she didn't want to talk about that. So what was the selling point without actually ever have seen any of their saunas in person ?
