Despite a poorly constructed sauna by the manufacturer, Cody in customer service was amazing! He took a cruddy situation and gave me the answers I needed to fix my problem. Not going to lie, I was very unhappy after getting my sauna because I wasn’t able to use it for weeks until it was fixed. I’d still recommend Sunlighten even though I had a poor experience. Their customer service is amazing and they will take care of you. Cody did for me!

Not only was our Sunlighten mPulse Conquer sauna easy to install, and very user friendly, but their customer service is first rate. I spoke with Cody Richardson for help with creating a custom program, and he simply and clearly showed me how to do so in a matter of minutes. Their customer service is as superb as their saunas are. Excellent product, excellent company, excellent support.

I had some issues with assembly and operation of my sauna, but when I connected with customer service, Noah very promptly and competently addressed each issue and I am now very pleased with my unit.

I bought my Signature 3 Sauna 3 weeks ago. It was delivered a week ago. Unfortunately as they were taking it off the truck one of the panels fell off the back of truck and was badly damaged. I contacted Zach Beeler at Sunlighten immediately via email and voicemail. I was instructed to have the trucker take the Sauna back and a replacement Sauna would be issued. Needless to say I was very disappointed after waiting 2 weeks to get it delivered. What happened next though is really why I am writing this review. Zach understanding how disappointed I was and jumped right into action. He located me another unit within the same day mine was damaged, he expedited the shipping and in less than 1 week I had my new Sauna delivered. Zach made sure the delivery company brought an extra guy to deliver the second Sauna to assure nothing went wrong again. The second delivery went smooth and the white glove delivery they offer was fantastic. My sauna is installed and working great. I could not be happier with the product. I have used it everyday (3 so far) since it was installed. THANKS ZACH... You are on top of your game & it is MUCH APPRICIATED!!

We needed to call Customer Care to order parts. We spoke with Nelson who answered all of our questions (there were many) with confidence and calm. After waiting over 20 minutes to speak with a live agent, it was refreshing to speak with someone who didn't try to rush you off the phone. We are expecting parts to arrive soon, and with free shipping! Thanks Nelson!
