JUNE 27: Rene was extremely helpful and personable! She was also extremely knowledgeable about the product and science that is behind the medicine! UPDATE JULY 23: I just received my sauna today. It was scheduled to come mid to late July and it's right on time. It comes in a very heavy, very large collection of boxes. As soon as things slow down I'll unpack each box I dividually and bring it inside one by one. I'll keep updating to give the results of the installation as well as my first sauna experience.

I've been using Sunlighten saunas for many years. I sauna 5-6 days a week for between 30-45 minute sessions. In 2020, 5 people in my home got the flu. Found out 2 months ago two of them got tested for Covid-19 and they both have the anti-bodies. So, most likely all 5 in my home had it too. I'm the only one who didn't get sick at all. Was it because I sit and sweat for 30 minutes 5-6 days a week? In my opinion, yes, it certainly helped. My wife was sick for almost 3 months and I slept next to her every night and never got sick. She doesn't use the sauna as much as I do....but...now she does. Your immune system is the key to staying healthy. Sweating every day is part of what all of us need to do. Exercise, eat right, drink lots of water, get sunlight for the vitamin D , and use a Sunlighten sauna for a passive exercise, sweat session too. Plus, the customer service people are great and very helpful whenever you need them.... hat tip to Stone @ Sunlighten for his great service too!

I have been doing my research for over the past two years and finally decided to purchase an infrared sauna from Sunlighten. I had the pleasure of working with AJ Herrera and boy oh boy what an excellent representative. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and provided me with all the information that I needed to know to make my decision. This is a huge investment for me and although I am a bit concerned with the set up of my sauna AJ assured me he will be available to assist should I run into any difficulties and just a phone call or text away. That’s HUGE in my eyes and I feel so fortunate I had the pleasure of working with him. Looking forward to receiving my new sauna in a couple of weeks. Sunlighten was quick to get the shipment out and the carrier company never called me for delivery. Zach will Sunlighten was very fast and had another sauna delivered to my house the very next day. Customer service was great and I would highly recommend this sauna company.

AJ was very thorough in his explanation of the benefits of Sunlighten technology. He was accommodating in scheduling times to talk & was prompt in making these calls. He gave me his direct contact so he could help me every step of the way. After a week of deliberations & 4 calls with AJ, we finally made the perfect choice for our home and needs.
