We have had 2 Sunlighten saunas in our home and in our business for years. I have had multiple occasions to call with questions and the staff is always more than helpful. We had one sauna in storage for a bit and misplaced the u bolts that hold it together. Talked with Liam and he got me the bolts right away.

SERVICE- First off, my husband and I are by no means rich. We are both employed by our local county as public servants. SO I never dreamed we would own a sauna, though because of the rampant autoimmune conditions in my family and myself, I had looked at them more than once in hopes, perhaps, we could have access to one regularly. Many times I had closed down web browsers, acknowledging this was out of reach for us. Then Sunlighten came to my attention through Ari Whitten at The Energy Blueprint. When I visited the site, excellent service and sales rep Scott assisted me on the chat. The customer service from Scott was EXCELLENT- personable, knowledgeable, and approachable. He was able to work with his manager and through promotions to find something affordable for us, and to make this a reality- a real dream come true. TIP- price out the cost of a putting a dedicated circuit in your home if you don't have one already. We live in the mid-Atlantic region of the East Coast and it cost $680 (we got 2 estimates and both came in at just under $700), and had to get financial help for this cost (I was expecting this to cost about $300 and way underestimated). SETUP- We received our mPulse sauna one week ago. Setup took us about 6 hours, from unboxing to carrying it up 2 flights of stairs, to getting it fully functional. Others may take less time, but the lifting was a lot for us. The actual putting together isn't difficult, you're just working with some heavy pieces and having to hold them while you fit them together. PRODUCT- Incredible. You will love this product. In just one week many family members with chronic health conditions have come to use this. My two young children use it on low heat in short segments to get the light benefits and love being in it- with the screen and apps, they can watch a short segment of one of their cartoons in there before bath at night and love it. With access to Chrome and other apps, and a great sound system, I can actually catch up on articles, podcasts, and coursework lectures so I don't have to sacrifice sleep to work in sauna time. Last but not least- having the chromotherapy option is huge. I feel so so spoiled- you never have to try to make it to a gym to use their sauna. We all know the benefits really come with regular use, and Sunlighten has made this possible with all the convenient features built in, and a strong focus on health and wellness in all aspects of their design.

We purchased an mPulse Conquer. It is the perfect size for us! I am pleased to have worked with the staff at Sunlighten! I emailed our sales rep and she set up a case number to let customer care know we had an issue. Stone patiently helped fix the E2 error on our sauna. We are up and running!!

I had a serious (so I thought) issue with my Aspire Mpulse Infrared Sunlighten Sauna. The Customer Care representative who took the call was amazing! Noah Bolesta calmly listened to the facts of technical issue. I say it this way because most people on the planet do not LISTEN. This guy waited till I was done whining like a baby, held my hand & very CALMLY?CONFIDENTLY restored my system!!! I am soo impressed with Sunlighten's support. TY so MUCH!

We got our Sunlighten Signature II on the same day we received our positive Covid-19 test results. We truly believe the sauna has helped minimize the experience of the virus. James Beard was an amazing rep to work with. He spent the time through phone calls, texts, and emails to understand our health needs and get us the perfect sauna and NIR wand.
