This was an excellent decision & a great experience. I could not have asked for better customer service, Zack rocks!!! The unit is easy to operate. My knees have been bothering me so I applied the sweat cream to my knees & cooked for 38 minutes, today they are less painful & less "crunchy". This is an excellent product, excellent company & superior customer service.

I am a relatively new customer to Sunlighten. My mPulse Believe came about 5 weeks ago. Due to the global pandemic some of the accessories that I had ordered were delayed and staggered getting to Sunlighten’s warehouse. The representative that I worked with on Sunlighten’s logistics department, Zach Beeler, was great! He is followed through on each of the items that I had on backorder, and kept me, the customer, in the communication loop so that I could know when to expect which parts of my order. 

All in all, everyone that I have spoken to at Sunlighten has been a pleasure to deal with. I love my Sauna, I have needed customer care, but when I needed support with my sauna I have received excellent support. My mPulse Believe sauna is a part of my daily wellness routine. It is beautiful in my space as well. I am very happy that I purchased this sauna.

We just got our 3 person sauna. Pretty easy to set up but without a helpful video that someone made with tips and things they found out the hard way, we would have never known about the electrical connections you have to do while assembling. We did miss one connection point and called in. Stone helped us with several questions and was patient while we figured everything out. So far we love it.

Liam was awesome! He was patient and helped me fix all the problems we had. I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure our issues were fixed.

I contacted customer service because our remote was stepped on accidentally!! Trisha Otis was extremely helpful and it only my took a minute and I received a confirmation of my replacement remote order free of charge. Loving my impulse sauna.
