Today i was reconnected with Micah Urbanek, She re-acquainted me with the expanded line of products. It's been almost three years since I have been looking to acquire your product. I was not able to take advantage for a variety of personal reasons in the past. Micah reached back out to me today and through her steady guidance transparency honesty ( not to mention or humor) product knowledge and superior health benefits we were able to select a 3-1 Conquer unit. Micah has a tremendous work ethic is dedicated to her craft and to the Sunlighten brand. She speaks well of her peers and managers. I was thrilled to hear how up to date her recent research was on the health related topics without over selling them. She owns a system, to me that is a must. Micah has a bright future knows the value of these products and I am going to give anyone I meet interested in improving their health the opportunity to check out Sunlighten. If I were Micah's manager I would be looking to give her a raise and to find out what else can be done at Sunlighten to make it the place to continue her career and what kind of ideas does she have to improve possible new market opportunities. I cannot wait to install my unit and hope someday I get the chance to meet Micah and personally thank her for walking me through this process, making it one of the most enjoyable purchasing decisions I have ever made. Greetings I have a Sunlighten Solo. I have had it for about 5 months. I go in it about 5 times a week. I set it on the highest setting and after about 15 min warm up I go in for 25 min I had a stroke 2 years ago and last year I had throat cancer. I was told by a Dr. and others this could be a big health benefit. I am trying to be pro active with my health. I do feel this is helping a lot. Others say that I look healthy. I do also exercise to try to increase my strength. The cancer/stroke made me loose much weight and muscle . I am happy with my Sunlighten and plan on continuing using it at least for a couple of months on the current level.. I’m very glad I have it and it’s so easy to use. Thank you! Wayne Lepak

Every company needs a Jake Kizer! Unfortunately, the delivery company thought it was a good idea to leave my 700+ sauna in my driveway; after they never showed up during the delivery window and failed to call to say they were running late. I was so upset. I called Sunlighten and Jake with his calm manner and can do attitude, resolved it! The sauna is now in my garage. He is awesome! Sunlighten you are lucky to have him! Thank you for hiring such caring people!

Nick was incredibly helpful. He talked me through every aspect of the benefits and answered all my questions. Nick was incredibly and understood specific issues I am dealing with. He’s a great ambassador for your business. I have since posted a new review. Nick has been great but your company's unwillingness to support a return due to your error is unconscionable

Purchased a sauna mid-May and promised delivery in 6 weeks. The sauna was fully paid for. I called, left messages, and emailed Customer Care on the status of the order 5 times after 6 weeks. No one called me back but each time they assigned me a "logistics" case number. I now have four different case numbers for one simple question. Where is my sauna? I finally called back to the sales dept. who left a message for Customer Care. Kelsey called back to say she would check into the matter the next day because it was too late in the day that day. It was 2:15 PM. Never heard back two days later from her or anyone at the company. I tried to call the delivery co. myself. They have the sauna but need to hear from Sunlight. It's been over 10 weeks now and no one has even answered the first case number question. I now am wondering whether I will ever get service should something go wrong with the sauna assuming I ever receive it.

We bought a Sunlighten Sauna in 2010 because of the lifetime warranty. After consistently working for 10 years unplugged Sauna for 9 months. Plugging back into power, no lights, no heat, no music - nothing working. Checked controller box and power reaches controller boards and power supply. Called Sunlighten Support and they offered to charge me $500 for replacement parts that were not guaranteed to work. This is not lifetime warranty. Claimed they wouldn't warrant product because manufacturer went of business which was a lie as manufacture is showing a website at sinosauna.com/. I requested to talk to Support Manager who has sent me a spare part for no charge. My owners manual stipulates lifetime warranty, not limited warranty as response indicates. I will keep this updated to inform progress. July 26 - A support manager finally called me back and provided a replacement power supply, Another support manager informed me I could replace minispot lights with 12 v LED which literally blew up when plugged in and burned out powersupply. I checked voltage and it was providing 26 v instead of 12 v. I asked for a new warranty power supply which they refused to provide. After I started complaining their support reps stopped responding and one even hung up on me. Buyer Beware.

I was comparing saunas and researching several sauna manufacturers back in May 2021. I submitted messages to each of them. Sunlighten was the ONLY sauna company to reach out to me. In particular, LORI BAERG contacted me via phone one evening. We talked for over an hour about my needs and the sauna options. She recommended the Mpulse Aspire. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of buying a home and my finances were on lockdown! Lori was more than accommodating and patient. She guaranteed me the price she quoted in late May, and as soon as I closed on my house in early July, I contacted her and finalized the sale and delivery. The experience couldn't have been more personalized or encouraging. I can't wait for my sauna to arrive so I can add another review about the product. If it's anything like Sunlighten customer service and relations, it will be golden. :)
