Great informative service

After reading and reading and reading and checking out other companies I was pretty sure that Sunlighten would be the Sauna for myself. Your representative was VERY well informed and answered all my questions. I really wanted to know the difference between the near, mid and far technology before i could make my decision. She educated me and then some!!!! I can’t wait to have my 3 in 1 delivered and am going to be talking to Others that I know this would be very beneficial for. Thank you! Rhonda Pierce

I order almost 6 months ago and was told 2-3 months. Like an other reviewer I was told the unit arrived at the final carrier, charged in full, promised delivery and it never happened. It has been almost two months since the sauna was to be delivered next week. If you have not ordered with this company you may want to seek alternatives. I understand the supply lines are in chaos but no one likes being lied to repeatedly that their sauna is coming next week, no really, seriously, this time it will make it next week.

Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable about the sauna we were interested in. He patiently answered all our questions and got us into just the right one.

Evan helped me through the entire process and he was fantastic! Super helpful & sent me all kinds of articles. So excited to get my Sunlighten!!!

21st Oct 21 - I am very surprised at there are no reviews on here for a company that has been doing business in the UK for many years. I have ordered a Signature 1 FAR infrared sauna. I completed an enquiry form on their website and a lovely sales lady named Nadia contacted me. She had great knowledge of the products, her communication was excellent and she was very personable and down to earth. She wasn't pushy or put any pressure on me. She made the process easy and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy before I made my purchase. Nadia is an asset, you're lucky to have someone like her on your sales team (give her a pay raise). I had my unit delivered the other day and the delivery guys (sadly I don't know their names) they were respectful of my property, very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure I was happy where the boxes were placed in my home before they left. I highly recommend Sunlighten for the experience so far. I haven't started to use the unit yet as it's still in boxes waiting to be assembled. I'm looking forward to getting it set up so I can start benefiting from it. Thank you Sunlighten 28th Oct 21 - UPDATE: Finally unboxed, it took 2 of my male friends 5 hours to assemble. Went fairly straight forward, I contacted aftercare immediately with questions as manual didn't make sense and missing very small part, they responded very quickly. I'm so pleased with their Customer Service. I still haven't turned it on yet (I will tomorrow). I am a bit disappointed though that they have a selection of accessories (cleaning kits etc) which I didn't know about because they are not advertised on their UK website. If I had seen a catalogue or something I could have selected items which could have been added to my finance agreement. So now, I might not to be able to buy any extras now, due to their price, which is a shame.

They guided me on the best purchase for my new wellness studio. They were honest about shipping timeframe and potential delays and the need to order before the winter season. They even saved me money with early discounts.

Great help. Great product. Bought my second one today. The amplify 3 is Great and just ordered the M-Pulse 5 Person. My friend is currently with me now ordering another one.
