Chris in Frederick, MD. I recommend the Sunlighten team and sauna to everyone. This company stands behind their products - 100%. Our Amplify III was mishandled by the shipper (damaged by moving it with a forklift and no dunnage) and Jake at Sunlighten made everything right, and he did so quickly. I did not especially want a sauna but my wife was sold on them after receiving a sauna gift certificate. If someone had described the feeling of "wellbeing" from saunas I'd have been very skeptical - but I love our sauna now. Steady weight loss, very refreshing, and yes, a clear feeling of wellbeing and health. Detoxifying? Definitely! My skin is clearer and fresher and my energy is off the charts. Big purchase? Yes. Worth it? Definitely. Now I wish I had purchased this ten years ago.

Jason was very knowledgeable with all of my questions. He helped me determine the perfect sauna for us. Even after the sauna has been set up in our home, he is helping me to understand the full benefits. I read the review on the shipping company and it's true they do not work with your schedule. I called the company that took it to Dallas and they gave me the number of the company that would do the final delivery. That person let me know within a two day window when it would arrive, so I had someone on call that could direct the delivery into my garage. We ordered the three person spa which had some heavy pieces, so we hired someone to carry it in and set it up. We are very pleased with the sauna.

Victoria is an amazing representative of her company! She has outstanding product knowledge. These days I am often lamenting the fact that good customer service has gone by the wayside. Victoria provides nearly instant responses to all of my questions. She asked me just the right questions to understand my needs before making product suggestions.
