From day one I have had a sauna that does not work properly

From day one I have had a sauna that had major issues. It has now been about 3 months since I got the sauna and some parts are still not working properly. I keep getting sent replacement items to try and fix the issues, but they never work. And I keep having to trouble shoot and do all the repairs myself. Since I purchased this sauna because I am very ill, this is making things worse. Not only do I not have a working sauna that I paid for, but I have to try and fix it on my own. The customer service people are nice and keep trying, but I never get sent what I am told will be sent, nor am I sent any directions on what to do with the items they send. They send wiring and parts with no directions included on what they are or where they go. And I have no idea where to install them and when I call they have me take apart the sauna to install it only to find out that it did not fix the issues, but then when I again had to call back found out that they had me install it in the incorrect place. This one time took over 2 hrs. and I had to start all over again with another person and try again. You can NEVER get back to the same person you dealt with and each person does things differently. I have to keep calling to try and get these issues taken care of. I am promised things that are never done and as of now I have spent 3 times the amount of time trying to fix these issues than I have actually been able to use the sauna. I have now spent over 30 plus hrs. trying to fix this, being on the phone, writing emails, taking pictures and I still am not getting these issues fixed. I was just sent items to try replace without any of the wiring that I was told I would need to replace them. I am at my wits end and if I could pack this back up and send it back I would. But I had to pay to have someone help me put it together and would have to do that again to ship back. And how do you pack up something of this size with nothing to pack it up in.

Excellent sauna and staff
I was looking for a superior grade sauna and was greatly pleased when I found Sunlighten. Combining all of the light spectrum was perfect for what I wanted. Cecille was great as a contact consultant. She was patient, knowledgeable, and she answered all of my many questions! She represents her company well!

Matt is the bomb!

Great Experience!
I spoke with Jeremiah on 2 different days as well as texting. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He let me have time to think about it and talk with my husband. I would absolutely recommend him as well as Sunlighten if any of my friends or family are interested in a sauna.

Sunlighten Conquer
Bri is incredibly knowledgeable about the product(s) and its benefits. She made meaningful recommendations, was able to answer all of my questions, and therefore made the buying experience seamless. I couldn’t be more excited to begin to use my sauna!

The sauna is awesome
The sauna is awesome, works as expected. Only issue is the android decide that controls it is a bit outdated and they lost rights to allow you to use Hulu app, but you can steam it. Blue tooth is hiccupy when using phone and streaming. I love it and imagine there is nothing better for the cost.

Incorrect parts were shipped
Incorrect parts were shipped, had to wait over a week for tech support who finally sent a diagram on how to do a work around only worked partially. Poor customer service and worse tech support!
