Excessive Sales Calls
Extremely aggressive with the sales calling. I submitted an inquired online and from 11:01am - 11:54am today I received 6 missed calls in under an hour. I called in & spoke to someone named Tyler. I asked him to please remove me from his call list because I was just wanting to get pricing which I got from their website after submitting my info. He asked if I was interested in their saunas & I stated I wasn't. Please take me off your call list. He proceeded to tell me that they like to reach out because they have cancer patients who deal with chronic pain, which is why they like to reach out ASAP. I told him I was at work, my phone keeps going off. I'm no longer interested. Please stop calling me. He then proceeded to hang up on me, and then I received 2 more phone calls from them.
