Great Great customer service I went on the website filled out the interest form and I got a call back from Erik within minutes. He was very friendly answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond explaining the product listening to my needs. We went ahead and order it. And now I’m looking forward to my delivery date. Super excited. Thank you Erik for making this the smoothest purchase of a lifetime.

I have a friend who has a sauna and loves hers so much (and allll it’s health benefits) that it made us want one. She passed on the number of Erik, the person she worked with, and I reached out for more information. Erik was incredibly helpful and informative! He listened to our needs in order to suggest the perfect sauna for us. He explained everything accurately and effectively and made sure I understood everything. These guys are truly terrible. We have 2 new saunas. It has been several weeks and many hours of our time and we haven’t been able to get it to work. It’s a very expensive sauna. We had high hopes but now we are looking into filing a lawsuit against them. I’m so disappointed. :( UPDATE 9/16/24: Sunlighten says they want to help so we are going to give this one last shot. I’ll update here.

You’ve made a lasting impression and I am thrilled to recommend your services to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna experience. ******UPDATE****** At long last, after remodeling the basement and installing new electrical, our Sunlighten Signature IV is up and running. All I can say is wow, this thing is incredible and exceeded my expectations in every way. The wood finish and look is beautiful, its foot print is large, interior is spacious and comfortable. It's very simple and easy to use, just a few buttons that are responsive and reliable (no glitchy tablet or other gimmicks). The foldable bench is a huge plus. Most importantly, it is a very powerful and effective far infrared sauna. Seriously this thing is a beast. It gets up to temp with no issues and there are no "dead zones" in the sauna (i.e., areas that feel cooler than others), which is a big deal. Every other infrared sauna I've tried has dead zones usually near the ground or entrance, which results in uneven heating. Here, the 240v outlet delivers loads of power to TEN infrared heaters, which blast heat from every direction (including from the ground up which is huge!). Even when the temperature reading is relatively low, it FEELS much hotter than other saunas would (110-120 F will trigger a deep sweat). I'm extremely happy that Sunlighten allowed me to switch my order to the Signature IV. I initially purchased the 2 person m-pulse model, which was roughly the same price (a little more expensive even). The m-pulse is new and has more technology, but wasn't what I'm looking for. I have no doubts that the Signature IV is the best far infrared sauna you can buy.
