Helpful information and timely, attentive customer service. Our rep, Rene Johston-Crowder took a lot of time to walk us through the various models, and the technology, which was extremely helpful.

Not sure how this company got my phone number but they've been calling me for a week straight at all hours of the day I answered a few times and they just hung up right away, I tried calling them back and got hung up on 3 times before I finally got someone to stay on the line which I kindly asked if they could remove my number from their calling list and they said "k" and hung up the phone.

I made an inquiry to your company because of good experiences I had using the Sunlighten mPulse at Massage & Spa provider who has franchisees in both CT and Utah. I noticed many benefits including pain relief, weight loss (actually fat loss as measured by InBody) , great relaxation, and a feeling g that my body was definitely detoxing Having had this great experience I reached out to your company and your representative Deanna got back to me very promptly. She answered all my questions succinctly and clearly and offered me documentation that shows how your product is to others. I had made it clear that I'm in the process of trying to purchase a new home and would not be able to make a purchase until that had happened and she was accommodating and without any form of pressure. I had many questions relating to features and pricing for different models and she relate the information in a manner that was very easy to understand. I do plan to purchase a unit from you one day flee in the near future... I've been so satisfied with the ones I have used by the aforementioned businesses.... Perhaps one day I would be an ambassador for your products and their great benefits or even ...dare I say... come out of retirement and join your team.😊For right now..kudos to Sunlighten and Deanna!👍 -:SF (New Haven, CT) P.S. I put down the date of my most recent news of one of the Sonos but have been using them at spas for six to seven years; have always wanted to own one but just now considering it.

I ordered the sauna over the phone thru a rep. There was no discussion of types of wood or color. So I anticipated getting the one pictured on the website (brown with black accents). I figured that was the only one since it does not show any other options on the site. I received a very white wood that does not look good in my room, it also looks very cheap compared to what is pictured on site - even tho it comes with a $7,000 price tag. When I called to complain they just said well you should have checked the invoice before shipping - "it said we were shipping you Basswood". But how was I to know what basswood looks like or that their were two options if not on the website?? There wasn't much info on website only "get pricing" button. So i'm very very unhappy with this product. It also arrived with busted speakers so I am waiting on replacements for those. ****EDIT**** The company has reached out to make this situation right. I did appreciate the way this manager communicated and handled the situation. I am awaiting the correct sauna. I will update this review further once all is good. This will all be quite a bit more time and trouble I was hoping for and that my busy schedule allows for -with having to build, tear down, build again. Then the set up process on 2nd sauna with customer service so its settings are connected properly (that took quite a bit of time with the first one). But I'm hoping it will all be worth it in the long run. :)

Skyler, was very knowledgeable with the Sunlighten products. He was able to send me 3rd party comparisons which helped make my decision.

My representative Jeremiah explained the difference in price from other sunas I was considering purchasing because Sunlightened is more expensive. I am detoxing from mold and he was able to share his grandmother’s success from detoxing from mold using a Sunlighten suna. I am on social security so this is a HUGE decision to make. Looking forward to totally healing.
