Assembly was a breeze. Customer service was top notch. We have been enjoying our sauna very much.

This is the best sauna in the world!

epic. easy delivery easy to put together and a wonderful experience in that sauna! soooo glad I went with sunlighten.

About a month ago Sunlighten said my sauna pad was to ship back then. To date, I have not received anything. No word from Sunlighten. This has been going on for about 6 months with no end in sight. Promises being made but never kept by Sunlighten. I am guessing they have my money and I am persona non-grata at this point. Also, the door issue was never resolved. It still pops open about a half inch. I have tried to resolve myself, trying different fixes, to no avail. Sunlighten customer service seems to have no interest in assisting me. Bottom line, the door does not line up with the magnet. Either I need a different magnet or a realignment of the door. Neither of which I feel I am responsible for resolving. This is a Sunlighten issue that needs to be resolved.

Sales rep was knowledgable and friendly. Part of the pitch was that it was "easy" to complete a single person set up. I have yet to get the sauna assembled and it's been 60+ days. The floor panel was damaged so that took some time to be replaced. Unfortunately that floor panel was an from what appears to be an older model, so I'm not entirely sure the wall panels line up to the pre-cut areas of the newer floor panel. In addition, there were door pieces delivered but no separate package with the screws or other hardware needed for the assembly. We're still in process, so its impossible to know at this point where that will land. So, to recap - it's not a single man setup. Make sure all parts are from the same manufactured year, and not an older leftover, aged or damaged box. and make sure you have all your hardware.

Our Sunlighten sauna is great. Customer service was very helpful along the way, even with a 7 week wait to receive it. The quality of the sauna and ease of using the technology of it is great. Definitely worth the price.

I recently purchased a Sunlighten Solo System, and while my original shipment unfortunately arrived with a damaged outer dome due to shipping, I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service I received throughout the entire resolution process. Cookie Jones, my Logistics Coordinator, was exceptional from beginning to end. She communicated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, keeping me informed every step of the way and ensuring that the replacement process was handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She consistently followed up, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel supported until everything was fully resolved. Although receiving a damaged unit was initially disappointing, Cookie transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into one that reinforced my confidence in Sunlighten’s commitment to its customers. The replacement arrived in excellent condition, and I truly appreciated the level of attention and kindness she provided throughout the process. Customer service is often what distinguishes a great company from a good one, and Cookie embodies that standard beautifully. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Cookie, for your excellent care and for making sure I could begin enjoying my Solo System with complete confidence. I sincerely appreciate your support.
