Sunlighten, Inc.Reviews of sunlighten.com

Bri Partridge was amazing; her knowledge of the products and Saunas was very informative. We had a ton of questions, and she had an answer for all of them. Very professional to work with which made this large purchase move smoothly. Love the sauna and talk it up whenever we can. My wife and I put it together Dan Rockhill

Great product, great service! Owned our sauna for 4 years now. It is beautiful and effective and when I need help, they are a quick chat or call away! Great investment!

Sunlighten, Inc highly recommended by a prominent doctor doing heart/CVD health webinar & he owns this Co.'s infrared sauna. Sales rep. Larissa spent much time to ensure I picked a best unit for me for benefits & dimensions needed in my space. She was utmost thorough on all benefits, science, sizing, models & upon talk completion, I feel assured of the best model picked for me amongst their many choices:)

Great service, easy to get ahold of and very friendly. Process was simple and informative. Quick turnaround time for shipping, that is much appreciated. I used one at a local wellness center and loved it so much I bought one for home the same day. UPDATE: Product has arrived and is well built, shipping was fast. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the product. I had been using the Amplify 2 at a local wellness center so I bought the Amplify 3 for home. The home unit will not reach above 158 and that’s after it’s on for 3 hours of preheat time. Then sitting in it for 45 min and it never gets any warmer. The unit I used before making the purchase at wellness center would be at 150 when I got in and get to 170 multiple times during my short 30 min session. This lower temperature for me has a huge impact on how it feels and my body can tell a significant difference. Even my heart monitor is significantly lower readings using the home unit. I called sunlighten to ask about these concerns. The result was being told that residential units are built different and will not get as hot as commercial units and your not allowed to purchase a commercial unit even if your willing to pay. I was also told home units would not get above 160F so I guess I’ll never get the same experience I got out of their other unit. I was given a lot of information about health benefits at lower temperatures and etc etc.. I understand that part but at the end of the day it still doesn’t work as well as the “commercial” unit at wellness center. Even though I bought the same line and more expensive unit. Since I opened it I can’t return it, can’t add a heater like other brands will let you do, and basically have a 8,000 dollar regret sitting in my basement. I just expected the product to work the same as the one I tested from them. Considering when I called to order I specifically mentioned how I like there’s because I was trying it at a wellness center and loved the additional heat. Maybe they should tell their customers that are buying the same thing based on using it prior, that the one arriving at there home is in fact different then the “commercial” unit and wouldn’t be quite the same. Also being told that maybe next time I should purchase a traditional isn’t very helpful. Obviously a traditional gets 170-200+, again I just wanted the unit to work the same as the same one I tested before. I will be looking to sell mine and another family member will be going a different route as well. If you like lower temperatures then go ahead and get this. It’ll be barely warmer than a non full spectrum and the infrared heaters do work well. I’d also suggest one that has an additional IR heater at calf level. The bottom of this thing is ice cold. Guess that’s good for your water bottle that will stay frosty cold down there. If you want the best of both worlds buy a combination Traditional/IR unit elsewhere. That’s what I will be doing.

My sales rep was very patient while I learned the importance of each feature and answered all of my questions so that I could make the best decision for my practice.

I was very pleased with the quick responses, both by email and return phone calls, even during closed hours. The referral program team was considerate and understanding with my referral issue.

I found this company online, asked for information. I was called the next morning. Scott Arkin was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I learned so much, and when the time is right, I will be back! Thank you! Give him a bonus...lol

Bought a signature infrared spa. Well built and support is very good. The warmup time makes the spa unusable or at most very inconvenient. After 1 hour the spa temp is only 125’. Support staff confirmed the warmup times. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I’ve talked to others who mentioned the same wait times. As I mentioned, the support and responsiveness from the support team has been excellent! The issue remains design or capability to heat up. Perhaps a remote function or timer would help make this spa usable. If I could turn on the spa remotely with an extended shutoff time would allow the spa to heat up to a usable temp.
