Many things didn't go well in this purchase; I was given the wrong guidance about how to best prepare to receive the package and ended up having to call in emergency help from multiple friends in a downpour. I was mislead about the location of the sauna's production and told it was made from wood harvested in Wisconsin, only to receive a box saying it was made in Vietnam. My sauna had to be exxxxactly level for it to fit together. The assembly instructions need serious work to be actually user friendly. I feel like I overpaid $2K for this product.
