Simply the best
The person we spoke with was extremely knowledgeable but never pressured us toward a decision. I can only assume that the remainder of the process will be the same.

The sauna product is excellent
The sauna product is excellent, and I love it. However I never had a pleasant experience with any sales rep. They’re all extremely aggressive, and pushy, and unfortunately I never had a single pleasant interaction. That aside, the product is excellent.

I wish I could recommend their saunas
I wish I could recommend their saunas. They have great engines and great designs. However, they continue to power them by Android tablets that effect the every day functioning and use of the sauna instead of a hardwired built in electronic control panel. I was a customer for over 20 years so I should know. I've since moved on to their competition because Sunlighten doesn't seem to listen to customer feedback. I will say I LOVE their accessories, such as their sauna towels and cushions etc. However, until they get rid of their Android tablets controlling their saunas, I will NOT be a customer and for that reason, I cannot recommend them.

Tyler was great
Tyler was great! He was very up front with all the necessary info and pricing. And it was all on the CHAT feature on the website. No need to sit on a long phone call! He also made the credit application and down payment process smooth and quick. He will be in my contact list for future questions! Can’t wait to get the sauna and start using it. Very very happy it’s made in the USA and small family owned and operated!
