Absolutely horrendous experience. They lost my suitcase and didn't even have the decency to call me back. The airport staff did all of the leg work to get my case back to me Unfortunately it arrived part way through my holiday and it was also damaged. Sunexpress have been completely unreasonable and after sending 30+ emails back and forth to provide what they requested, they are refusing to issue compensation or the cost of a replacement suitcase. Awful customer service, will not use again!

Non-existent customer service. Technical problem at Antalya kept us in the transfer bus on a sweltering hot apron for over 15 minutes; no explanation or apology. Flight delayed - no flight deck announcements throughout the flight. My wife's chicken sandwich came partly heated, partly cold - she had food poisoning the following day. Tried contacting them via their app and website - no response whatsoever. What a joke of an airline.

Wenn man nur kostenlos online einchecken kann, sollte man das Verfahren dringend ändern!

What a disaster of an airline, check in so difficult on line. Delayed outbound and inbound, air con never worked out, it was like a sweat box. Spoke to others on different flights who experienced similar problems.

Not usually one to write bad reviews but they deserve one, recently back from Turkey, a week before the flight i tried to check in online, it says check in opens 36 hours before the flight so i tried then to be told its unavailable please check in at airport, go to airport check in where i had to pay £4 pp so £16, not a lot but not the point, exact same on way back but had to pay €20! Raised complaint to be told that online check in is available 72 hours prior which is rubbish! I tried many times and still had to fork out money! Even so, checking in at the airport should not cost money anyway

Left abandoned with my elderly Mother in Turkey for 2 days not offered as much as a drink of water, cost us almost £1000 company said no liability. Absolutely worst airline ever! Will be taken further, dealt with Mehmet A!

Hinflug hatte 3 Stunden (!!!!) Verspätung. Beim Rückflug kam 1 Gepäckstück nicht mit. Nach endlosem Hin und Her mit dem Kundenservice bzw. online (weil es mit 3 verschiedenen Browsern nicht funktioniert hat, die Dokumente hochzuladen) und per WhatsAPP bekam ich kurz darauf die Mitteilung, mein Gepäck sei zugestellt worden - was nicht stimmt! Habe geschrieben, dass sie mir die angebliche Zustellung nachweisen sollen und werde ansonsten einen Anwalt einschalten. Nie wieder!
