If there were an option to give zero stars, I would not give even one. My flight from Antalya to Köln was an incredibly frustrating experience. We waited at the gate for over two hours because the operators were not prepared or ready for boarding. Maybe they were preoccupied with watching the Turkey vs. Holland match, which Turkey unfortunately lost. I knew this because the two women at the gate were also engrossed in the game. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Even after we boarded the plane, we had to wait for almost two more hours without any information about what the issue was. The entire experience was poorly managed and extremely disappointing.

I really don't understand all the negative comments on here I found them to provide a really good service.

This is one of if not the worst airline to ever be operated flew to Izmir with them last week everyone on the plane ready to go for the captain then to advise we have to sit on the plane for at least 2 hours due to air traffic control. Then out comes the trolleys me thinking we are getting complimentary water. Nope charge the passengers for warm water. When we eventually took off no communication from any of the staff shocking service. Again flying home from Izmir got on the plane and again made to sit on the plane until they could leave I understand that things do come up but let passengers no beforehand not will your boarded and waiting to go. Airline it’s self looked like a bus had be converted no arm rests on chairs hard chairs aswell. Yes I know it’s a budget airline but come on at least try and make you passengers a little comfy for sitting over 4 hours. Wouldn’t use them again.

I can't believe how bad this so called airline can get away with it. There the Worst we have ever traveled with outbound & In bound, Its a shambles no information, we got told to go to gate then to leave gate, sat on the plane for over an hour with no A/C, I have never sweated so much on a plane made the flights very uncomfortable, no explanation, no offer of water, very very poor, this is both ways, Sun Express should be on -stars they are that bad.

One of the worse airline u can imagine customer services very bad,staff rude no sense of humour poor big time even after checking online we have to wait 2 hr in que with special assistance wheelchair avoid them big time they r cheaper for a reason will never travel from then again

Online Check-in mit der Buchungsnummer.... Am 3.6.2024 versuchte ich 3x einen Sitzplatz zu buchen, wobei ich mit Klarna zählte, da ich keine Kreditkarte habe. Ich habe 3x 10 Euro bezahlt. Und die Online Buchung hat 3x nicht funktioniert. Anruf bei Sun express.... angeblich ist eine Sofortzahlung nicht möglich, natürlich es wird angeboten und das Geld habe ich noch nicht zurück erhalten wenn diese Zahlung angeblich nicht möglich ist. Ich bezahle immer mit Klarna bei Sun express. Also vom Call center keine hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. 2. Über WhatsApp mich mit sun express in Verbindung gesetzt, bis heute wurde die Nachricht nicht beantwortet. Ich fliege sehr viel und habe in letzter Zeit nur Probleme mit sun express. Ich bin mit der Leistung sehr unzufrieden. Ich hoffe, dass ich meine 30 Euro zurück erhalten werde ohne ein halbes Jahr e Mails schreiben zu müssen 🙄🙄

Da vi skulle have bordingkort, forlangte flyselskabet et nyt beløb, udover den købte og betalte billet fire uger forinden. Betalte vi ikke det forlange, kunne vi ikke komme med flyet. Vi havde stået i 90 min i kø forinden, da alle andre heller ikke ville betale et nyt beløb udover billetprisen. Vi fortalte til personalet at det er ulovlig at forlange nye gebyr uden at oplyse det ved betalingen fire uger forinden. Vi var tvunget til at betale trods protester. Flyver aldrig mere med det flyselskab. Flyver ca. 8 gange om året.
