Sundial HomeReviews of sundialhome.com

I have ordered many items from Sundial as we are furnishing an entire home from scratch. Three beautiful king beds, nightstands, outdoor furniture, indoor console tables, and more. We are very happy with everything. Very high quality. Service and delivery have been impeccable. Very fast. The only caveat is make sure you will like what you are ordering as returns are not possible.

Fixture arrived quickly. All is well.

The gentlemen were right on time, very polite and delivered the package without any damage.

What a great find! I ordered a beautiful dining room table and could not be happier with my purchase. The ordering process was quick and easy and the customer service was exceptional. The quality of the table is excellent and the price was great. I will definitely return to purchase more in the near future.

These tables are perfect in size, they are sturdy and they look great. They cost a little more than I wanted to pay, but compared to other similar tables on the market it’s a win.

Overall I like the products and pricing. However after purchasing the interaction with Sundial was average at best. No easy method of communicating or getting online updates. What information that was available was poor and outdated. Once the product was scheduled for delivery I attempted to coordinate with the delivery service and ended up with an overseas agency. They were terrible and were lacking in providing customer service. They were communicating directly with me via text until the day of delivery when for some unknown reason they started calling my wife on her cellphone, even though I’m the one that placed the order and was listed as the primary contact. I would get rid of Metropolitan Movers, you would have received a better review had it not been for them. As it is I feel 3 stars might be too high a score. The actually delivery went well, the drivers were efficient and helpful. But that didn’t matter since the damage was already done. Please improve your customer portal and interface with better more up to date information. Get rid of Metropolitan Movers, there are many more delivery services than them.

My questions about the chairs were answered promptly and accurately. The ordering process was easy, shipping was fast and delivery was as expected. The chairs are beautiful, comfortable and we love them.

Sundial provided multiple shipping updates, our media console arrived within the 2-hour delivery window and was well-packed. Console was fully assembled and undamaged. The product, Cyan Lima media console, is well-made, sturdy and looks exactly as pictured online. I am very happy with the entire process and would order from Sundial again.
