Trixie is wild about it.
Trixie is more excited about Sundays than Dr Martys or her previous dog food. She is losing weight. Price is more than her Purina, but less than Dr Martys.

Our Co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory Waxman started Sundays as a solution to her own everyday problem: She couldn't find a dog food that was as nutritious and fresh as home-cooked meals and as convenient as dry food. And that’s how Sundays, the first fresh, air-dried food of its kind, was born. Our mission is to make it easier to be an awesome dog parent. We take the headache out of fresh food, making a nutritious and affordable solution that does require a fridge or freezer like leading raw and frozen brands. Sundays has the cleanest ingredients around; is 100% human grade; and has a Customer Care Pack who love dogs as much as you do, and are available every day for you and your pup!

My dog loves Sundays and generally digests it well even with her sensitive stomach. But, as many others have said, the company has production and/or distribution issues. Our order has arrived late or we've received the incorrect flavor more than 25% of the time since subscribing seven months ago. And since I can't get the food anywhere else online or in stores, this is unacceptable (and stressful!). I see reviews dating back two years complaining about late orders--not to mention, how frequently it keeps happening--so when the company tries to assure me that they've corrected the issue, I'd be naive to believe them. I've now switched my dog's food to a brand that I can buy in stores or online and that is WSAVA complaint. I may continue to keep a small Sundays subscription and use it as a food topper since my dog likes it so much, but I'll never again use it as my dog's main food.

There was a little adjustment to change. Sundays staff gave recommendations. We are good to go, less poop without diarrhea and eats as soon as bowl filled. Seem sufficiently satisfied versus previous diet. Believe found best for me and fur babies.

The product was not well received as advertised. My dog would not eat it. I smelled the dog food and it smells rancid not at all real or fresh. I cancelled immediately. Overpriced typical kibble. All of these new unkibble dry dog foods are a scam. Food that can sit in a bag for months is not healthy dogs need what we eat regardless of the convenience. Don't trust any of them feed your dogs a whole food diet like you eat. I knew better and the dogs that like this are used to horrible store bought dry kibble. Treat your dogs to real food sweet potato meat rice anything but this dry food that is killing our dogs.

Hi Jenny, Thank you for reaching out! We absolutely understand your concern here and we would be happy to look into this further. Sundays bags should have a fresh smell, consistent with the natural ingredients used in each recipe, upon opening. The scent should be mild with hints of the meat, fruits, and vegetables used to formulate Sundays. We also use a natural preservative to help maintain freshness for up to eight weeks, once opened. All of our ingredients are carefully sourced within the U.S., with the exception of our Beef Bone and Fish Oil, which are sourced from New Zealand. We are proud to use only human-grade meat, which is a higher quality than pasture-raised feed-grade meat. This means our meat is held to the same standards as food produced for human consumption—ensuring both safety and superior nutritional value. Additionally, all of our meat is antibiotic and hormone-free, as we believe in offering only the cleanest, most natural options for your pets. We also avoid using synthetic vitamins or mineral additives in our recipes, as we believe whole, natural ingredients are the best for optimal health. Our air-drying process uses slow, low heat to preserve the nutrition and natural flavors of fresh ingredients. It also includes an FDA/USDA-approved “time and temperature kill step” that eliminates harmful pathogens, so you get all the benefits of a raw diet with none of the mess. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected]!

We have a five year-old goldendoodle whose had severe G.I. issues for the last two years. He’s had multiple vet appointments with two emergency surgeries, and one partial bowel resection. For some unknown reason, his stomach and intestines severely bloat every single time he eats to where the girth of his stomach will increase by 12 inches after each meal. We’ve tried probably a dozen different types of food, kibble, to figure out what he’s allergic to and what will work for him, but nothing has worked. I decided to try Sundays for Dogs because I thought maybe since it’s prepared so much different than kibble and has less ingredients, maybe this would make a difference. Oakley has now been on Sundays for about four weeks and it has made a huge difference in his symptoms. He continues to bloat after each meal, but it’s almost unrecognizable and may only be a couple inches if that. I would’ve given this 5 stars except for I do think it’s extremely expensive! I would love to be able to keep Oakley on this forever since it will probably help prolong his life, but I don’t know how I can afford paying almost $300 per month.
