Our Co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory Waxman started Sundays as a solution to her own everyday problem: She couldn't find a dog food that was as nutritious and fresh as home-cooked meals and as convenient as dry food. And that’s how Sundays, the first fresh, air-dried food of its kind, was born. Our mission is to make it easier to be an awesome dog parent. We take the headache out of fresh food, making a nutritious and affordable solution that does require a fridge or freezer like leading raw and frozen brands. Sundays has the cleanest ingredients around; is 100% human grade; and has a Customer Care Pack who love dogs as much as you do, and are available every day for you and your pup!

Tootsie isn’t impressed with this food which is not very palatable. The sample came to us with half being almost a powder. Wasn’t worth the $5.95 shipping charge. I did some further reading on the product and it isn’t for us. Low quality oil & pesticide laden oats and millet. Will continue to search for a better quality food.

Food is good. Website and subscription service is another story.
My complaint is not with the food itself. My dogs enjoy it and I like knowing that it's human grade with whole food, minimally processed ingredients. My frustration is that their website leaves much to be desired, and making changes to subscriptions is awkward and wonky at best.
I just logged onto the site to make a subscription adjustment since I started adding a topper to their meals and the current subscription was lasting longer than anticipated. At first I tried to just click the "skip" button, thinking I would then alter the next shipment date when I had more time to calculate the actual consumption time. The "skip" button wasn't working. After three tries and getting "oops, we're sorry" error messages, I ended up having to manually adjust the plan. While it accepted the change, on one page it says that the order will be shipped on December 25th and on another page it says the order will be shipped on December 31st. That one week could be the difference between getting the food on time or having to buy some other food in the interim.
Their website has absolutely no way to contact them for support. All you get are static pages with FAQs regarding any questions you may have.
I've cancelled a subscription with them once before when their tracking info said the food could take weeks to arrive. When I saw that, I said, forget it, this is too unreliable, and cancelled my subscription. My order arrived the next day (so much for accurate tracking). My dogs like the food and I like the convenience of feeding it, so I decided to give them another shot; however, the confusion and frustration caused by their website may very well end up with a permanent cancellation. Fresh food is more expensive and less convenient, but at least I won't be pulling my hair out.

Unethical Behavior with Subscriptions
In July I started a subscription for one box of the beef every month for my 30 lb 16 1/2 year old dog. Like always, I got the food within days after I ordered. I was a customer ordering as needed until I realized the huge difference in price.
So, after my July order I was only expecting my next order of 1 box in August. To my surprise, I got a large shipping box with 3 boxes of food inside. I called to ask them why I got 3 boxes, and I was told I had 2 open subscriptions and that I now had 3 boxes a month plus my 1 box a month for my dog living day to day. I had no reason to order so much food for my dog that was 16, nearly blind, deaf and in diapers. I asked if I could send the food back, since I didn't order it in the first place, but they don't allow you to do that. I was told that I could get half my money back if I donated it within a month and provide proof of the donation to them. So, I'd still be out half the money while they get free advertisement. The 3 boxes are still in my spare room and my dog was only able to eat maybe a 4th of the legitimately purchased one box. He sadly had a massive stroke on September 6th and we had to say our final goodbyes to him in our home and with all our love. I've definitely learned my lesson with what appears to be a subscription game.

Betty loved it
My dog loved the food tbh. Also I love how we get free samples. Worth it if you can afford it

Not a reputable company
Beware. Auto bill company. Very hard to cancel. They don’t take returns. They act friendly, woke, but they’re auto bill specialists.

Unethical behavior with subscriptions
I had an existing subscription for a 72oz box, and in the most recent month after I skipped some shipments, the company arbitrarily changed the quantity to three boxes (216oz). They refused to accept a return/refund of the two extra boxes. If you read other reviews here, you'll see that Sundays engages in these unethical subscription practices.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Do not give them your credit card info or you will be charged for food you do not want. They notify you 48 hours before food ships, then send EVEN if you try and cancel. They don’t allow enough time. This was an expensive MISTAKE and stinks of scam. Stay away

AVOID this company
AVOID this company! They are unethical and charged over $1000 in 25 days on my credit card with additional unrequested orders, then claimed it was what we subscribed to. We signed up for an initial order of 144oz of beef and 144oz of chicken with a renewal every 25 days. Our first order only had 72oz of the chicken, so we contacted them and they sent the correct amount. Great, we thought, a little snafu, but handled well, until 3 weeks later when we get our bank statement and on the same day they sent the replacement to correct the short order, they added an additional 'subscription' of 144oz beef with a renewal of every 5 days. So, while we were on vacation, they shipped another 3 orders we never requested at $199 an order. When we returned and saw the stacks of unwanted dog food, we contacted them, said we'd send the shipments we never ordered back, and were told, sorry, it's what YOU ordered. It's not, we didn't. We think when we contacted them about the initial chicken order being short, they somehow created another 'subscription' because this mystery beef order started the day after we contacted them about the initial order being half what we paid for. We don't need 144oz of chicken, and 144oz of beef, PLUS another 600oz of beef, every month, for 2 medium dogs! Then we tried to cancel the order subscription we did sign up for, but because to cancel, they make you go through multiple steps and contacts, we still got stuck with another 144oz chicken at $179, and another 144oz of beef at $199. The ultimate irony is that our dogs don't like the beef recipe, but do like the chicken. So, we are stuck with $1200 in dog food in 25 days, that is mostly something our dogs won't even eat. They offered to honor their "donate it and get 50% back if you show us the donation receipt" policy, but that's still only a refund of half of the $600 in charges for food we never requested nor approved. We'll be filing a complaint with our credit card company, the BBB as well as the Attorney General in New York.
