First of all the serum is nice but it hasn’t done ANYTHING for my skin, secondly I think it’s overpriced! I would Never buy again or recommend it to anyone. Save your money, there are other products much cheaper.

I was happy with the facial serum. However, the complete neck cream made me itch. When I called (re their no hassle return policy) they tried to convince me to keep it and "try it again." When I said I had and I did not want to encounter the itching any longer, they agreed to accept it with ME paying SHIPPING for an item I can't use--so much for no hassle. Then they wanted me to go to the website (even though it stated on website to use phone or internet) to get an RMA and mailing instructions. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Considering going ahead and returning all the 8 bottles of facial serum that I have.

Unfortunately I did not see positive results from the product purchases and followed the RMA directions for the money back guarantee. With that I did get positive results. Although I had to pay for return shipping (no return shipping label was offered), I did receive a timely full refund for my purchase. The process was easy and simple.

Issue began after I placed and an online order. A rep called me to inform me additional items and savings. I was firm I only want what I ordered. She called 3 times. I explained to Hassam. He listened, offered suggestions and finally we worked it out to my demand. He was understanding and considerate. Bravo to this gent. He was helpful, considerate and listened to my needs.
