I've placed three orders with the company so far. And all three orders arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I've worn two of the three wigs that I've purchased. The headband wig and jerry curl wig and love them both! The hair is soft and beautiful as pictured! Customer service is great as well. If you have a question they always get back with you the same day! Would definitely be shopping often!!!

The hair is just perfect, curl pattern amazing not my first time buying from this company I’ve bought bundles but it’s the first time Buying a wig from them. Love it it’s very beginner friendly did my install myself although I’m not a beginner

Customer service is horrible! I placed an order over a day ago and my account was charged. I even received a confirmation email from the company shortly after the order was made. But then a few hours later I got a text message from them saying the order had not been paid but if it had, then to just ignore the message. The next day I tried to enter the order number from the confirmation email on the website and got an automated message that the order number nor my email address were recognized. I’ve reached out via phone, email, and chat message on the website, and nothing! Phone no longer in service, and responses from email or chat. I just want to confirm my order and should be able to communicate with someone. My first and last time purchasing from this company and will stick with the hair companies I trust and that provide communication! If you take a customer’s money so quickly, you should be able to reach out/respond just as quickly when an issue arises. Based on the lack of communication I can’t even think about what the quality of this hair will be- if I ever receive it!!

Easy to order, delivered within the time, good quality wig just what I wanted. Very happy I am a returning customer have order two wigs now and will be ordering again.

Love the lace front wig and it 24 inches but seems like a 26 will be ordering again🤗

Honey this hair is so soft and feels amazing. No shedding, and no chemical smell to it. It was affordable as well. The lace is made of great quality for blending and melting. I’m impressed!

Ok so now this is the second time I’ve ordered and have not or did not get the hair... one successful purchase out of 4! Not cool at all....
