I was very impressed with the quality of the unit that I ordered. Good cap construction, big head friendly, nice lace and the hair is so soft! Great delivery time too. This unit is 150% density, I prefer 200%, but is a very natural look, easy to install and comfortable.

I have not been able to speak with anyone. I ordered my products a week ago and they have not sent it. They also will not respond via their chat and the number is disconnected. Then there is another number that just plays music with a number in China. I’ve also send a message via FB and all they do is reply to me by sending me coupons. Via chat or messenger

I ordered my hair march 2nd and it said it would take up to 5 days to come and then I got an email saying the hair I wanted wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be for two weeks. I’ve asked for a refund and they continue to ignore me or change the subject and offer me different hair. I just want my refund.
