Clean, comfortable and amazing customer service!!

Suite Home Chicago is absolutely the best place for corporate housing needs. Their entire staff are amazing and professional people. Don’t risk crazy Airbnb’s or deal with Oakwood. If you’re traveling to the Chicagoland area this is the company to use. I found them about 8 years ago and will only use their services for my travel needs.

The Suite Home team is professional, friendly and very helpful! We moved our family of 4 into a 2 bedroom unit for a temporary stay in the West Loop. It is true that you show up, park your car and unpack. The transition was seamless and the property has everything that a family needs. There is plenty of space, everything is clean and we are enjoying everything the city has to offer. In one short week, we have visited museums, enjoyed Chicago Ideas speakers, seen a show, eaten at new restaurants, tried various workouts including spin, pilates and barre classes and we have so much more planned! The commute to work and school has been shortened significantly so we can make the most of every day. We walk everywhere enjoying the fall weather in Chicago! Thank you so much to the Suite Home team for making this possible.

I simply wanted to thank Suite Home and the staff for making my apartment stay incredibly enjoyable! Every detail was taken care of - from easy move in instructions to places to go nearby - the apartment was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Suite Home, you exceeded my expectations.

Amazing location with great amenities. The door staff was extremely pleasant. The move in/out process was as easy as I could have hoped.

My experience with Suite Home has been good. However, there are a few suggestions that I have since my stay at 1 E. Delaware. Although I liked the building and location, I found a few problems in the apartment. The lighting is poor, so that at night or on a cloudy day, there is no light when you sit down at the table to eat. You are eating in the dark. Also, for someone who is short, it is difficult to reach past the first shelf in the kitchen. A step stool would be helpful. Otherwise, my stay was very nice and I would rent through them again.
