Ayowande
I enjoyed my stay. The apartment had everything i needed> The only snag was that the couch and bed were kinda old and should ideally be replaced after a while. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.

Thank you for the review, Ayowande. We appreciate the feedback!

Overall great experience. Apartment was in a great shape. The only downside is a lack of possibility to reserve a parking space in the building. As a result significant additional expense in you use a car.

Thank you for the review, Denis! We do our best to help with parking, however, a lot of apartment buildings in the city have full garages or spots reserved for long-term residents.

I do enjoy working with the staff, friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but we were not happy with the apartment itself. It was too close to the train station. Trains were passing by at all hours of the night. In years past we had weekly maid service. This year we had no service the entire time we stayed in Glenview.

Hi Nancy, Thank you for the feedback. We apologize that you were not offered housekeeping while booking your stay -- we had it suspended temporarily because of COVID-19 and should have offered it to you when we started back up -- that is our fault. We know this won't make up for the maid service or the trains, but we would like to offer you a complimentary cleaning during your next stay. Gabby will be reaching out to set that up. Thank you, The Suite Home Team

Suite Home was very easy to work with. I was supported when I needed to move from one furnished apartment to another. My only minor complaint would be that the rug in the second apartment was quite dirty and stained. All other support was well done and furnishings were in good shape.

My apartment is beautiful! Loved the decor. The move-in amenities meant no shopping necessary my first night. They even left a plant to welcome me home. The apartment has everything I need to feel at home while I’m here.

The suite was really nice, but the neighbors were very loud. No respect for anyone as they slammed their doors and had late conversations in the hall. The maid service could have been better there were days my bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

Thank you for the review! Your feedback is important to us and without it we wouldn't have known about the noisy neighbors. We will be sure to talk to the building so we can avoid this happening again in the future.

Great suite. Thoughtful amenities. A queen size bed would be only improvement.

Hi Robert and Ann, Thank you so very much for the review! We are glad you liked the apartment and the amenities. The bed in the suite you stayed in is a queen-size ( we don't use full-size in any of our apartments). We'd be happy to make sure you have a king-size bed next time you stay with us! Cheers, The Suite Home Team
