The apartment was clean, well equipped, which was nice. It was also extremely light filled. That could be great for some people, but for me, it was too bright, and there was no way to make it any darker. Because the pull down shades did not fit that well, I could actually see out the window from my bed, which didn't make me feel that private. The shades not making the room dark enough would keep me from staying there again. Secondly, there is a garage driveway on the street below that makes a loud beeping noise when cars are exiting to the street, to warn pedestrians a car is coming. The noise was loud enough to wake me before 6:30 am most mornings.

The location of my stay was great, as well as the onsite staff affiliated with the actual building. I didn't have many interactions with the Suite Home team however if there were 6, 4 of them was unsatisfactory. For example, when I moved in, no one told me that I needed to request the use of the freight elevator 24 hours in advance. You'd think the staff would just do it since obviously you're moving in... nope. I hurt my back dragging my belongings back and forth from the garage. Oh yeah, there aren't any large carts either. I moved in during COVID-19 and cleaning service was canceled. Perhaps they will provide cleaning supplies? Again, nope. I was told to purchase my own. Moving out, I called a few times to request the use of the freight. Followed up the day of move and it hadn't been requested. So I moved out just as I moved in, struggling!!! Great accommodations but the service is not the best. Update: Seeing Suite Home's response, I updated my review to reflect 2 (not 1) out of 6 interactions were great. If housekeeping is canceled, it might be a good idea to provide cleaning supplies. Just an idea. Bottom line, as a client, I did not feel as if resources were always available and attention paid. This shouldn't come as a surprise, as I expressed these thoughts to staff in one of my last emails to them.

The Element of Verdian was an excellent residence. However, each time I needed something, I was directed to make inquiry with Suite Home....and each time I made a request, it was denied. I requested a parking spot as my monthly costs were significant and inside parking was nearly empty....denied. I want more dishes as I had setting only for 4, not frying pans .... denied. I want more dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels and TP as I had enough only for 1 use .... denied. My stay was brief (30 days) as I was not sure of the Suite Home experience might be.... I wanted to test the agreement prior to a longer commitment. I changed locations. The Suite home staff was friendly.....but policies were not flexible and price was excessive for what I received in return.

service during the booking process was excellent apartment was not at all as advertised as far as accessibility. not one grab bar in entire apartment and bathroom was extremely dangerous. checkout was totally stressful and again, not at all as originally claimed.

Edit: We originally rated as 5 stars. Not long after submitting the review we were sent a bill for damages to the apartment, at the absolute end of the period of time the bill could be submitted. I stand by my original review in that the apartment was very clean and well furnished and Suite Homes was accommodating and responsive. However, the apartment complex management was a bit of a mess. We were given the wrong entry code and were almost locked out of the complex upon arriving. We were given the wrong garage door opener and had access to someone else’s property until they exchanged it. There was no mailbox key. Our dog’s names and info was wrong in their system and even though we had them DNA tested the day after we arrived, we were told weeks later that we had never brought them in. All of this was fine, we’re not fussy people and I’m very forgiving. However, we passed off some damage to the apartment as normal wear and tear. Minor things that didn’t bother us in the least - I mean, you’re renting the place temporarily, not finding a forever home. What we didn’t realize is that the lapses in complex management extended to their inspection team - they never inspected the apartment after the previous tenants vacated - and they pinned every bit of it on us at the last possible minute. We notified Suite Homes of this and encouraged they review their expectations of the management of the complexes. We had to pay the bill. So, while I still recommend Suite Homes, I also recommend nitpicking every single thing in the apartment, demanding resolution, to perfection. Because even though you may want to just go about your business and live amicably in your apartment without being that tenant that makes things difficult, you need to be difficult to cover yourself. Original review: Great apartment! It was clean and had plenty of dishes, towels, etc. We were very comfortable during our stay. The Suite Homes staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Generally good overall. Good people to deal with. But, disappointing that you did not get my washing machine fixed the last 10 days of my stay.

Nice Property, nice location, staff is pretty responsive on most things. Downside, cleaning service not great, and they don't use their own supplies. Furniture is basic, uncomfortable (sofa). Also, no info on activities in building like when the pool opens, etc. The building won't give info to you since you are renting from Suite Home, and you don't get anything from Suite Home either. I asked and they sent something once, then nothing. For this much money, I would expect better.
