Check-in was difficult and inadequate communication
Check-in was difficult, the parking spot was too tight and the after hours help line refused to help. The apartment living room rug was dirty. It was days before it was taken care of. The location of the building was convenient and the fitness center was good. The communication skills of the people I emailed with was average. For instance, there was no check-in reminders prior to the check-in date. I moved out of the place after about 2 weeks on a one-month lease. They said they would try to re-rent but couldn’t or didn’t. Again there was no proactive communication on any of that. I had to email and ask for an update. I also returned the second parking spot when I moved out and they wouldn’t prorate the monthly fee. If one needs a flexible option, it is better to stay in a hotel.
