Merchandise was sent out immediately after I ordered. I received it very quickly. Faster than promised!

I purchased a suitcase after extensive research. Later that day, it was cancelled due to 3-4 week backlog. Why couldn't I been given the option of waiting? Why didn't they know when I booked it - the cancellation was 2 hours later (I deleted all the competitor offers and sites so I have to start all over)?

When ordering my product their website said it was in stock. After purchasing, I received an email apologising as there was a back order of 3 to 4 weeks. I sent another email to which I received no reply. After 4 weeks with no response and no product, I rang to check the status of my order. They had cancelled my order. I could've bought the same product elsewhere for the same price had I known.

Thanks so much to suitcase.com. After researching much of the internet and b&m stores, I found what I was looking for at a great price. After I asked one question that was answered the same day, my bag shipped the next day. Great prices with a responsive staff and products that ship out fast! Can't ask for more. Will be back!

Very good communication. Shipping was fast. Product was described accurately. Bought two bags. One of them was not available for a few weeks. Seller returned the money promptly without asking and sent an email immediately. Will buy from this seller again

I ordered a suitcase from them and a few days later they sent me an e-mail saying the item was on Back order for 3-4 weeks and they cancelled my order. I don't mind waiting 3-4 weeks or even more to get it. They should have asked whether I would like them to cancel the order or wait.

I purchased a wallet, only to receive an email that said the item was back ordered for 3 weeks and so they cancelled the order. Who does that? They gave me no option to keep the order alive. They'll never get my business again.
