This was my first order from suitcase.com iWe had ordered a set of the Fiero 3 piece spinner by Samsonite, and a Samsonite Winfield 2 Fashion 28" Spinner Luggage. The Fiero set was a good, sturdy set of 3 suitcases in the blue. Really liked them. The Samsonite Winfield was a beautiful suitcase in orange, but frankly, it looked like it would crack with the first hard bang from the luggage handlers. So, I sent it back and bought another 3 piece set of the Fiero in the charcoal. It came very quickly and was the same good, sturdy attractive set as the other set. The service from suitcase.com is fast and very dependable. If I had a complaint, it was only that you have to pay to send anything back . It comes free, but that is it. I took it to UPS and took out the insurance that was on the return directions. It cost me almost $30 freight for one suitcase. That would be my only drawback about ordering from them again. I like companies like Zappos that pay all the freight whether you keep it or not. The suitcase sets we kept are great. We're traveling overseas in July and I think they will hold up very well.

I ordered two pieces of luggage and they were delivered in just a few days. The largest piece had a problem. The handle had a manufacturer's defect and the handle would not lock in the down position. I called the company and they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement so I would have it in time for a trip in 5 days. They also sent a return label for free return of the defective luggage. I had a great experience with this company!

I had a great experience!! The bag I ordered was exactly what I was hoping it would be and it got here faster than expected. I received enough corispondence to keep me in the loop but not so much that I was annoyed - just right.

I searched every resource I could think of to find the best deal on my suitcase. I had been to every store including outlets to compare prices and to visually see and handle the piece of luggage. After comparing all web sites and stores, I found suitcase.com to offer the best price possible and free shipping was a plus. My product arrived sooner than expected and was in excellent condition. A tracking number was provided to assist in knowing when to expect the product. I would highly recommend this company.

We got our luggage fast. The ordering site was easy. The price was almost $100 better than Amazon. I ordered through PayPal without a problem. We love our Samsonite Fiero 3 piece spinner set (we donated our old Samsonite set to Goodwill). I am more than satisfied, and will come back to suitcase.com for additional luggage. I can't think of anything negative, except I wish I had found them sooner.

I ordered the Samsonite Lift 2 carry-on garment bag as a b'day present for my husband. He opened the box before I got home - he really likes it. Size and quality appear great (only had it for a few days). The price was the best I'd seen in store or online. In light of all of the new airline baggage restrictions, hoping this one will fit in United's "test box". Ordered the bag on a Sunday, process was fast, received the bag on Thursday. Will definitely order from Suitcase.com again.
