It was great and it shipped quick

This survey follows up my 3rd order from Suitcase.com. Their price could not be matched by any other on-line luggage vendor. The items arrived - BRAND NEW - in original Samsonite packaging. Their on-line customer service provided me with a tracking number and my shipping was free. I received my order within 3 business days. I recommend Suitcase.com to anyone looking for quality products at a significantly discounted price. An FYI: Check their clearance luggage...they have the World's top lines at totally ridiculous prices....the only thing you may not be able to do is get a complete set of matching luggage but you can find that in the regular sections. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR AND TRUST THEM TO GIVE YOU THE BEST OF SERVICE AND QUALITY.

I ordered a laptop sleeve nearly two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I haven't even received a shipping notice. I had to call the customer service number to ask about my order which apparently had to ship from another place in California so according to the guy I talked to I should get it next week. That seems a little longer than 5-7 business days. Suitcase.com needs to get better at communication with customers I would have liked to know that I'd be waiting three weeks or longer for my merchandise to arrive.

I found the product I was looking for on the internet. I ordered it and it came as promised. My husband absolutely loved the Father's Day gift!
