Suitcase.comReviews of suitcase.com

I saw this suitcase in the store and finally found all the features I was looking for in one suitcase. When I got home and found the same suitcase on-line at 30% less - with free shipping I got really excited! Great quality, price and fast free shipping.

I ordered a set of 3 suitcases in purple. I received an email telling me that those were out of stock, but they would replace those with a better brand. When those were out of stock in purple, they sent me a 4-piece set that was more than the price I originally paid, for no extra cost. I was very pleased with the service I got from the company. The suitcases I got were of good quality and were, of course, purple.

My order was fulfilled perfectly. Suitcase.com offers a wide selection at great pricing and free shipping. Based upon my past experience, I always think of going to Suitcase.com first before trying any other vendor. Their prices always beat every other website I try. I had one order in the past where the zipper didn't work right, and they immediately shipped me out a new one. It didn't cost me a thing. This particular order was flawless. I received exactly what I ordered and everything was in perfect working condition. I am very happy and will return to Suitcase.com in the future.

Very happy with the quality.

Ordered a suitcase for a gift and was told it was in stock but turned out not to be so I had to go elsewhere to locate on time.

Bought a beautiful Cross pen for a graduation gift. Great price and shipping.

Really expected it on site much sooner, no longer need product

I would use them again. Everything went smoothly.
