This is a pathetic excuse for a business. They have no customer service. You have to email them over 10 times to get a response. You cannot cancel orders. I accidentally did a 90 day subscription. I thought it was a bundle that lasts 90. Unable to cancel my order. They refused and said “too bad.” I’m in crippling debt and lost 2 loved ones in my life and no sympathy. This is a SCAM. Their products arrive two months late and they don’t even work. And now on my last charge of the 3 month thing I couldn’t cancel, now they’re charging me for $10 shipping when the first two were free shipping. Losers. These people are losers. Run far far away.

Horrible experience. No customer service is available via email, phone calls, text, Instagram, Facebook page is closed. You receive a confirmation number when you place an order; however, when you try to track this number, it tells you no order found. Disputing the charge and reporting at the next level scam. If it’s not a scam, the owner-operator needs to get a grip on their business and run it in a professional manner if you wish to make it a productive business and stop just taking people's money.

If zero stars were an option… never shipped. Phone does to voice mail. Never replied to emails and chat they stop after you ask for a refund. I’m disputing with my bank. I believe this company is 100000% a spam. Read the reviews and don’t buy from here.

Ordered a bundle of products, didn't notice the lengthy obligation link, so I was obligated to do a 90 day subscription at a set price. They do not offer help with redirecting packages your S.O.L otherwise. The fees were the same amount every month without shipping, now a new random amount of shipping has been added without the legal 30 day notice price change of a "subscription". The price change doesnt even match the pricing on their website. Nor does the 90 day obligation have a clause stating the price may change. The quality of the product also changed during the second delivery, and I have seen no change but since I didn't send before pictures 7 days after the 1st order was delivered I could not be refunded for a product that didn't work on me. They make it hard to cancel and the information on how to do so is not the reality of the situation. Will be disputing the charges. UPDATE: I spoke to their live chat agent and was able to reverse the additional charge and was told it was " an error". I finally was able get confirmation of cancellation of this 90 day prison sentence. Check all your charges, this extra charge error doesnt make sense for an automatic payment.

I usually check reviews before trying a new product but I made a huge mistake by not doing my research first on this one. I placed my order on December 1st and my order hasn’t moved and there isn’t any updated shipping information. I was excited to try this product out and I just KNEW I was going to be a loyal returning customer

This is a scam!!! Been more than two weeks and I haven’t received my order! Every time I try to enter the tracking number, it says can’t be found!! These people are crooks, thieves liars thieves, thieves, thieves!!!!

It’s a scam guys my order hasn’t updated but my card was charged it’s going on 2 weeks. I get shipping and online shopping is crazy around this time of year but my order just says confirmed not “being prepared” nothing sooo safe to say they are scammers and I’m sure to leave a comment every time their ad pops up on my social media.

Been about ten days and no tracking number , nothing , paid for expedited shipping, such a complete waste of time and money.
