My order was taking a bit long and I couldn’t locate it on the website too see where it was at, I contacted them through Instagram and they replied very quickly and resolved the issue by sending a replacement order!! I’m so happy they got back to me super fast and they were very nice and added some freebies for the inconvenience 🫶🏽

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I’ve been using SugarBaby for a little while now. I’ve been using their Tumeric Cleansing Pads, which are absolutely phenomenal. I use them to keep my skin clean and clear and they have made my skin so soft and feel good after cleansing. Recently I subscribed to their 90 day challenge with the face scrub, mask & bar soap, and I used it for about 3weeks and it didn’t mesh well with my skin. I’ve seen many wonderful reviews for this kit and I 100% Believe them, but I’m not sure if this kit has a different formula then the pads, but it caused a reaction on my face and ears. BUT THATS JUST ME!! I believe their products are great, maybe my face is just too sensitive for everything in the kit. I reached out and sent pics to their customer service email, and I got a response extremely fast, and they were very understanding and they quickly rectified my concern. I would highly recommend SugarBaby to everyone, although I had this little hiccup I am 100% still going to purchase more tumeric cleansing pads. They have a lifetime customer in me. Thank you all so much for your quick and amazing service. ❤️❤️🥹🥹🥰🥰

I had an issue with my shipping
I had an issue with my shipping. I contacted Sugarbabycare customer service via email, and the next day I received a new tracking number for my items. They were very quick with resolving my issue.

Sugarbaby Foaming face wash
i used the Sugar baby foaming face wash for the first time last night. It feels gentle on my skin and doesn't feel harsh or strip my skin of moisture, which is perfect for my sensitive skin type. My face was glowing.

Great Customer Service
I ordered the buy one get one glow wash as well as two glow oils for my daughters. Shipping was quick but once I received the package only one glow oil was inside. I reached out to the company and the next day was notified that my oil was being shipped out. Great customer service and great response time.

Great customer service!
UPDATE (10/01/24): The product itself is okay, I haven't noticed a different with my dark spots and I will say their pads are better than their bottles because the pumps are always faulty. Their customer service is great! I commented on their page and someone reached out to me and was able to send me an replacement order due to my pumps not working on my bottle. I appreciate someone reaching out to me to fix my issue, especially since I'm a paying customer! I feel as they value me as a customer and that goes a long way in a company.
