Okay, this company sucks beyond any ISP i have ever experienced. They advertise all the time but what they are really doing is trying to sell their company to some higher bidder based on their good will. They suck! Anybody foolish enough to buy this company based on it's amount of customers should probably not be on Wall Street. Suddenlink clearly does not have the servers to serve its customers. Again, they suck. Do not invest or as a consumer, purchase this service. It's a joke!!

I am a work from home IT Specialist, to sit through 20+ minutes of technical AI support for problems that do not exist is absolutely disrespectful, rude, obnoxious, and a waste of time for me. The automated phone tree checks every major cardinal sin of what you should not do. The internet is spoty at best and constantly requires reboots. If I am trying to troubleshoot someones pc problems and I am constantly losing connections, that's absolutely unacceptable. Being told after wasting 30 minutes to get to a person that its going to be 30 more to talk to a supervisor is an absolute slap in the face and the worst customer service. Were getting Allo fiber in our city soon, can't wait to drop these worthless pieces of garbage like a bad habit.

After calling suddenlink to have my service canceled in September, I was still charged until January after moving out in September. I paid my last months bill however Suddenlink decided to continue billing me. When I contacted them I spoke with Richard Momberg trying to his reach his supervisor Reid Johnson. I was told by both employees and was told even though its a mistake the best thing to do is pay the bill when in reality this needs to be removed from my credit because it an invalid charge. Did Suddenlink handle this the way a major corporation should?

I am being charge for a modem that I never received from them. When I got the installation I told them that I was getting my own modem so I would not have to rent one from them. I went to best buy and bought my own and still have the receipt. I am being charge $100 for a modem. I want to see what they will say when I show them the receipt with time and date that I bought it. There is no rent charge on my statements about me renting a modem from them either.

It's just like everyone else says, this is a horrible company. Customer service is the worst that I've ever seen. They have tried to cancel appointments because they didn't believe the issues we were having were serious, they have purposely ended chat conversations once we tell them what our problem is (after waiting a LONG time just to get connected with an agent) and they charge ridiculous fees just to connect over the phone with them ($10 just for a phone conversation with customer service! - Told by technician). The only good experience my boyfriend and I have had with this company is that the technicians are amazing to work with. The internet we pay for itself is okay, but we get disconnection issues a lot too. I'd never recommend Suddenlink to anyone. They shouldn't even be in business...

We have been trying to get service from sudden link since 3/14 and have not been hooked up yet. Today a service man came out ( 1 of 7 mind you) and once again could not get a signal because the ground crew once again did not show up to connect it to the pole! I have called the company 4 times now and talked with 5 different people ( in which 2 hung up on me). I don't know what ever happened to customer service but I think it is dead in this country! I was told once again that it would be taken care of tomorrow. I have decided if tomorrow comes and we have no service I'm done! This is so bad for a business to conduct service in such a way that the customer is left frustrated and angry. It's not like they offer the service for free! I even pre paid them for the first month which I expect to get refunded in full. Worst service and company I have dealt with in my 63 years!

Sudden link steals money from their customers by charging them for equipment they dont have. Vague billiing so you don't know what you are paying for. High prices and poor internet services. My wifi never worked properly. Bad customer service over all. Absolutely worst cable company.

DO NOT USE Suddenlink. They have terrible customer service! Seriously, I’d go back to dial-up before I ever used them again!
